I live in Los Angeles and am having a fine day. I stumbled upon ATS while searching for Siebel Edmonds' information re AG Ashcroft's muzzling her anticipated testimony in a Federal Civil Trial by court order re the States Secrets Act.

I am very much interested in Seymour Hersh's recent expose of the Special Access Plan, SAP, in the New Yorker Magazine.

I am convinced that the WMD fiasco and justification for the preemptive attack on Iraq is a subject for the courts under the RICO Act. This is nothing less than Treachery and Treason.

Today I had communication with Professor Peter Dale Scott who asked my permission to forward information on myself to Daniel Ellsberg of Pentagon Papers fame who met with Professor Scott at Berkeley yesterday. Mr. Ellsberg is in the process of gathering "Whistle Blowers" to provide a quorum of individuals for speaking engagements on topics we otherwise would not be able to present because they were and are Above Top Secret.
