Both NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and subliminal suggestions work on the unconscious mind.
Subliminal suggestions are so effective that they've been banned in advertising. For years subliminal suggestions were used in movie theatres to
"create" hunger and thirst in people's mind, so they'd buy stuff from the snack bar.
Also, subliminal suggestions are often underneath much of the gentle music played in department stores, sending messages that shoplifting is a crime,
hidden cameras are watching and security staff will catch thieves.
Subliminal suggestions have an accumulative effect and need to be played / listened to often results are subtle but apparent to others, usually
before the subject themselves.
Best way is to have a subliminal CD or cassette, using an auto-reverse tape player, so that it continually plays in the background. Like any positive
affirmation technique it must be continually re-enforced.
Ive e-mail Dr. Mojo, and asked for his qualifications, background, training and therapeutic experience. Any reputable subliminal resource will
accompany the medium with a written text that defines what the subliminal messages are that are hidden beneath the music. I would suggest that care
be taken and research done before accepting and taking in subliminal messages from any resource.
Food for Thought.
Cheers,
Deep
