Yeah...it's definitely a fairly odd story...and it has a vibe of legitimacy too it...I wouldn't usually believe stories like this but I just don't think your lying...

My question would be...if he really was a "chosen" warrior for God or whatever it was...why would God just let him cause total chaos and get away with the whole thing? There could be fairly mundane explanations to everything that happened...some times really weird situations happen and at the time you fail to find out what actually happened and led up to that situation...it's possible you just had a lot of weird things with mundane, but undiscovered explanations happen in a small time frame...

He obviously doesn't KNOW the motives behind these people's actions
which is why he's relaying the incident in the "just the facts ma'am" tone!!

You say you looked into conspiracy sites then...did you post about the incident
then?? If not...why now?? Do you feel watched or threatened in some way?
Do you feel you might also inexplicably be driven "mad"??

IMO the religious aspect of this is merely a form of control. Either that or a mental break of some kind. Being strongly non religious, that part of the story I am not so comfortable with.
