I personally think its the americans releasing energy from the fault lines. I think every now and then the americans have to do this on that fault to make sure no big one comes.

I think there is alot of research out there to indicate this is what these people have done here.

Time for me to go - be back about 1 1/2 hours -

I am glad that we had a great number of release quakes - but - it appears odd to me that we have not had any larger ones all day - for that matter - the rest of earth was sort of quiet considering the 7.2 quake.

Why do you think this is an error? The Sonora quake is in the database, but is 5.2

Did it come in rather late? Is that the problem?

The timings are a little strange I grant you

Universal Time (UTC): 5 Apr 2010 00:07:12
Time near the Epicenter: 4 Apr 2010 17:07:12
Local standard time in your area: 4 Apr 2010 19:07:12

Why 19.07 time in your area, unless this refers to the time of posting. (Sorry I don't use these things so I am not familiar with the layout)

It is odd because the timing is all off and if I check the UTC time against the seismo - there is nothing to show that size quake. -

Good morning!

Still rockin and rollin I see. Mexican guy interviewed on CNN right now said the earth opened up near where he was and water started coming up out of the rift!

I see there were a few 5+ quakes at Seeley.

I haven't seen so many aftershocks... I am sure it's normal tho.

Good Morning!!! -

Yes, quiet a few aftershocks - after the main quake they moved north - then this morning the larger ones were very near the main quake just a little north - now the shocks are north again - it's like - shock and ripple north - shock and ripple north. Odd though we have not seen other larger quakes other than the area in question again.
