I live about 30 miles from epicenter. I woke up a few minutes before I felt the shaking. What's so strange is I, as well as a lot of other people, heard an explosion sound.
I used to live in Northern California and the quakes never felt like this one.
I know this is a stupid question, but what was the thunder like sound?
Another strange thing, is the same thing happened almost two years ago at the EXACT same time in the morning.
Though earthquakes are considered rare for Oklahoma, today’s marks the third in the region this week.
