To better understand the Roman Power Structure lets look at nations, specifically how nations are classified.

Republics whether it is “To the Republic for which it stands one nation under G-d” are Roman States with limited self government. That G-d once again is the Pontificus Maximus the Vicar of Christ established legally as the earthly human embodiment of G-d here on Earth. Does not matter whether you are a Catholic or even a Christian or even believe in that G-d, as two facts remain the same. The first is the nation is under the Pontificus Maximus, the second is you have pledged an oath of allegiance to the Pontificus Maximus, unknowingly or not, in so doing you have created a contract with the Pontificus Maximus, a legally binding oral contract!

The People’s Republic of China, once again a Roman state all thanks to a pasta loving guy named Marco Polo.

Republics are Roman States with limited self government.

Kingdoms, these are monarchies, all monarchs derive their power by the “Grace of G-d”, it is the Pontificus Maximus who allows them to rule, and gives them their power to rule. The people who live in these states are beholden to the Monarchs; the Monarchs are beholden to Rome.

Principalities are ruled by Roman princes, who once again derive their power from Rome, for instance tiny principalities like Monaco and Seaborga are ruled by princes and princesses who derive their power and title directly from Rome.

States like the State of Russia are wholly owned estates by free citizens of Rome, they are huge land holdings and farms, State means Estate. They might be owned by a free citizen of Rome or a Corporation of Rome and how they are governed by that owner whether it be communism or socialism or capitalism or theism does not matter to Rome, just that it pays its taxes to Rome and that it responds to Rome’s edicts.

Once Rome creates a contract with a state for instance with China even though it might be thousands of years ago even though that state might rebel from time to time, eventually Rome always regains control through either international banking, trade, law or force of arms.

Rome is eternal, dictatorships and rebels come and go.

Let’s look at what happens when an estate, republic, principality or kingdom rebels against Roman rule.

The Republic of Cuba became the Communist State of Cuba through a revolution. It is immediately isolated, trade is cut with it, it only gets enough to barely sustain itself and Rome keeps up constant pressure against those defiant of it through other Roman Client States.
If a rebellious state has resources that are vital to the rest of the empire War is declared. It will be taken over by force of Roman arms through a Roman client state. If it has no vital resources that the Empire needs it is allowed to wither on the vine like Somalia until the people themselves tire of chaos and starvation and look again for the order of Roman Rule.

If it has vital resources the Empire requires then it will be attacked like say for instance Iraq, with one third of the world’s known oil reserves the Empire does not care how much blood it requires to maintain military rule or how the people might suffer under it.

If it has some vital resources like Iran but they are not critical to the empire then time will be given for the isolation process to disaffect the people to the point of tiring from their rebellion and the consequences of rebellion before Rome reasserts its dominance militarily.

There is very little of the world that is not under the Roman System of International Law, the Laws of the Sea, International Banking, and the Laws of War.

How uniform is it? If you declare Chapter 13 bankruptcy in the United States, if you need to declare bankruptcy in Russia it is also Chapter 13, and it’s Chapter 13 in China too!

thats all very fascinating and disgusting. and i accept at least the vast majority of what you write.
do you think its only possible because of some "low vibe" cycle that we pass through? is it 2000 years long and governed by star constellations? do you place any credence on the hundreds of prophecies from different cultures that suggest "the end is near". will the moslems decide enough is enough and sweep through rome and force the pope to flee? do you think that the end of the mayan calander will usher in an ethical cycle? what of the huge global physical destruction that would terminate everyone according to the bible; which will be short of finality for the sake of the elect?

if enough people wake up in the world, cant they simply burn the treaties, slaughter the real controllers, (or lock them up if we're a bit squeamish), grow their own food etcetera and start running their own lives and industries.

These are only my humble opinions and observations but I will try to answer those as best I can based on my own perspectives and insights.

What it is more or less is an evolutionary process. Time in our continuum is based on our concept of time. Rome’s rule will last only the end of the age in this present form. That age is the age of Pisces the Christian fish. Rome is the Master of the Age of Pisces.

The age of Pisces was preceded by the Age of Aires the Ram. The Habiru/Hapiri which we all have come to know as the Hebrew were the Masters of the age of Aires, and when their time came they passed along their knowledge and collective wisdom and shared a great portion of their physical wealth with Rome.

In part so the lessons learned through their Age long rule would not be lost, in part to further advance humanity along in a slow evolutionary process, in part to perpetuate their own vestiges of power, in part out of cosmic and universal duty and in part for their own vanity and posterity.

While the frequency in which the earth vibrates and we as human beings modulate along with it in the universal stream likely plays a part in the evolutionary process so too does the sometimes slow and laborious one step forward three steps backward process of learning through trial and error.

In other words the bulk of humanity obsessed with certain things that are prevalent in this age must learn self mastery of those things.

Let’s look at what afflicts humanity in this age for a moment; Rome has shared this with us all through their depiction of G-d the Universe. He is a vain and jealous G-d who reserves vengeance for himself and wants no other G-d placed before him.

These are the things that inflict humanity, vanity, jealousy, pride, vengeance and dominance. We all fight those eternal demons that shroud and cloud our minds and cause us to govern ourselves primarily through those emotions instead of logic, wisdom and intellect.

Rome is aware of those things, and simply manipulates us along those lines so that the negative and destructive output of those emotions is channeled into a slow evolutionary process to set the stage for humanity to tire of being ruled by emotions and the consequences of those emotions.

Jesus Christ = Julius Caesar.

Christ had a better way forward, arguably Caesar did too, though in reality Christ is simply patterned off of Caesar who died because vain, jealous, vengeful people did not want to put one person that was not themselves before them.

Caesar was Christ and if Christ did exist many people speculates Christ was Caesar and Cleopatra’s son who would have lived in those times, and may have been upset with the rulers in Jerusalem for their part in financing Rome's various power players.

Personally my own research leads me to believe that the Christ sect originated out of England and not the Middle East and that the Habiru/Hapiri/Hebrew worshipped many G-ds and that their was no Yahweh but Yahweseh Canaanite G-d of Pirates and Mercenaries which many of the Habiru/Hebrew were.

Brutus = Judas

The twelve disciples = Caesar’s 12 lictors who carried the fasces the scourge whips that were wrapped around axes to either flog or behead people who broke the law, and they represented the law, just as the twelve disciples spread Jesus’ laws.

The lesson of the age, where those preached by Jesus, which is almost the polar opposite of the G-d that sired him.

Peace, forgiveness, compassion and humbleness, charity and empathy.

These are the better angels in us and Rome manipulates them both dependent upon whether Rome desires War in any given situation or Peace in any situation.

Rome has taught us Heaven can not exist on earth because we are inflicted with that propensity to be vain, jealous, vengeful and dominant, and conflicted as to when and how to be forgiving, compassionate, humble and charitable and empathetic.

Since we can not Master ourselves to control these emotions yet, Rome Masters us through them and guides events and circumstances to convince us which to embrace and which to forsake.

We will of course evolve when we give up the former in favor of the latter and the only way we will do that is through Rome displaying the utter ruin that being governed by and entertaining such emotions will wrought.

The Age of Pisces is all about us swimming around a vast sea of humanity in our individual schools of thought learning those all important lessons.

One of the emotions we are most governed by and manipulated by is fear, and fear is powerful because it is always imagined, we are all guilty of emotional transgressions and all imagine there must be some ultimate punishment for that.

Yet what is the ultimate reason anyone is punished, to learn a lesson.

What we fear in the end is that we will no longer be excused for certain things once we should have learned that lesson.

Much of humanity has learned the lesson though much of it has not; we see that here on these boards.

Those who have learned the lessons are trying to help those who have yet to learn the lesson while there is still time.

We see that on these boards too.

What will be ending is the Age of Pisces and it will lead into the Age of Aquarius, we are on the cusp of that now. In the Age of Aquarius humanity will develop a collective consciousness to affect mastery over our emotions and that collective consciousness is already developing, it is called the INTERNET.

Ultimately the things that divide us and cause us to employ and react through negative emotions will disappear in the coming age. Nations and religions will simply eliminate one another through violence towards one another, those who want to take part in that for the negative reasons will perish, those who are indifferent to it will perish in large numbers, those who are in tune will find ways to shelter that storm, and those that were indifferent or took an active part in it, will see the horror of what they wrought and reject it in the future.

This is Rome’s master plan to unite humanity and get it to evolve to the next step. Right or wrong, Rome has a job to do and it is doing it my friend.

Believe it or not we have been a great burden on them all these years, as they are the ones who have to figure out to not only teach us, but restrain us in our follies, channel them for some purpose, and feed us and clothe us and house us while we focus on the superficial, emotional self destructive and petty.

They will be the happiest amongst us and will gladly assist the emerging leaders of the new age, further us along just as the Habiru/Hebrew gladly assisted Rome along.

We have to think things on two fronts. Jews and catholics.

Catholics are probably the most power and richest organization in the world. We must think about what they have and stoled from wars of past and what they own now. Not only that but the churches that still to this day provides huge amounts of funds through the ages. I honestly think that this whole roman thing is a unity between the jewish and catholic super powers creating world dominations. this is again if you believe in it. To be honest I don't believe the idea that rome created christianity. it would of created an enormous heresy to the Jewish sect that helped the romes and probably would of been kicked out, stone and or beheaded. . On top of that you have to hide this information. Tons of buy offs, deaths and the sorts. Information leaks, even in those days. but again we have a roman empire who later became christian. so.. that doesn't make sense either if you do believe that rome created christianity. If rome did create the bible their would be far more pro rome agenda in it than the nitpick. Although the Nicene council did pretty much create the stamp of credit and credential on the new testament and holy dates, prayers and the such. Prior to that their was already a bunch of bishops and a pope. The men of nicene council were already christians. Much attest of information on christ goes through the line such as clement, augestine, polycarp (a friend of John) and the others who we forget the quote as documented information. If this didn't happened we really wouldn't have an organized religion. Many people are happy this way thats what ATSERs forget. It is the way of life. It is life to some.

It’s very simple my friend. The United States is suffering in many ways today from the things that supposedly crumbled the Roman Empire.

Chief amongst that is the burden placed on the infrastructure from an uncontrolled wave of illegal immigration.

All these illegal immigrants want the same thing and that is the superior state services and infrastructure and economic opportunities that make the United States the preferred destination of almost everyone in the world unhappy with their own country.

Rome suffered the same pressure on its borders, not by armies or nations that wanted to conquer it but people who wanted to be included in it.

This resulted in two huge problems that were bankrupting the Roman State just like the United States is similarly being bankrupted.

The first was that Roman Citizens were guaranteed free bread and circuses. Meaning if you had no job or even if you did Rome would feed you each and every day your daily bread, at Rome’s own expense. The other service Rome provided for free was entertainment. Whether you liked theatre or song, gladiatorial combat, or other macabre things Rome provided it for you for free.

This created a huger and huger cost as time went on and I shall explain why.

Rome’s wealth was largely dependent upon the spoils of war. The bigger it got the more spoils of war it needed to pay for the growing population and the free bread and circuses. So you understand why the bread and circuses were thought to be needed and a good idea, it was believed that the relatively small wealthy and politically connected patrician class would never have to worry about the vastly larger plebian class rebelling against them as long as they were fed and entertained.

For the first several hundred years of the Republic and then the Empire that seceded it, Rome’s armies were always on the march, expanding the republic and empire through pillaging and robbing foreign lands that it would then incorporate.

However Roman military doctrine was comprised of a philosophy that the only reliable soldiers where free Roman citizens that owned their own land and had no wives or children. This was done for two reasons, one was it was thought if you owned a piece of Rome you would fight harder for it and stand your ground in the thick of battle and hold ranks. You had something to die for, a piece of Rome and a chance to share in the booty of conquest. The second was that if you had no wife or family, you had nothing to live for. You would not cut and run just to hold your wife one more time and hug your child and abandon your brothers in arms on the battlefield for that reason.

The Roman army’s discipline was legendary on the battlefield, they would in fact stand their ground even against far superior numbers and often win because they performed as highly disciplined units that would fight to the death and be slaughtered to every last man if need be while using superior tactics against often far more numerous opponents.

However when they died, this lead to their land being auctioned off since they had no wife and children to leave it to, most often the land was auctioned in the Senate to the Patrician Senators who not only over time amassed the vast bulk of tillable land within the empire but more often than not purchased slaves to work it as opposed to paying plebian Romans to work it.

This led to fewer and fewer Romans having jobs over time and a decreasing tax base to pay for the bread and circuses. The more Romans who became unemployed and had nothing else to do all day except eat their free bread the more the state had to pay to entertain them to keep them happy and preoccupied.

At the height of the system of bread and circuses, festivals, games and holidays and huge spectacles put on at the coliseum and hippodromes lasted 280 days out of a 365 day year! That cost was huge, and the only way to support it was to keep expanding the empire with an army that was rapidly being bled white as fewer and fewer free Romans owned land and had no families.

The more the Empire grew the more it cost to keep armies along its far flung border to stop invasion and illegal immigration into the empire to take advantage of its superior lifestyle.

Eventually they had to take Romans who had no land, and had families into the armies and Rome did in fact start loosing battles with these lesser dedicated and disciplined men. Eventually they even had to take slaves and conquered people into the armies, and lost even more often as a result.

The cost of Bread and Circuses and running a huge military empire were simply bankrupting the state.

Rome often turned to the Jewish money lenders to borrow heavily to finance new conquests and make up it’s shortfall but by Caesars time and certainly no later than Augustus’s time the writing was on the wall, they realized there was no way to keep the current system without going bankrupt in the process and the Jews were very worried that Rome would default on the loans.

Now you don’t think huge lies can be hidden, we live in the information age and look what happened on 9-11!

The first 9-11 though was the false flag attack on the Hebrew Temple in Jerusalem. The Pharisees had actually conspired to do this with Rome, and for the tribes to go into Diaspora at first to Baghdad where they would wait for Rome to implement the new monotheism system revolving around a G-d they selected out of their pantheon of deities.

As the empire constantly bought slaves and conquered people into slavery in Hadrian’s time they started importing Christian slaves into the empire. It was a slave’s religion and not a very popular one as it was the opposite of what Roman life was all about. Rome favored glory, greed, gluttony, riches and debauchery. Bread and circuses all the things that were bankrupting the empire, while the Christian cult favored piety and poverty and humbleness and a peaceful existence that was the antithesis of Roman life, and decent pagan Romans wanted nothing to do with it and gave it little notice.

That was until the second 9-11 Nero’s arson burning of Rome. He blamed the burning on the most convenient scapegoat which happened to be the small minority of Christians that the majority of Rome thought were idealistic fools anyway.

He condemned most of them to die spectacular deaths, to expose the people widely to who they were. They were likely drugged before they were killed so they would display what Roman’s espoused as a philosophy which is stoicism. Stoicism is the resolute acceptance of your fate without complaint no matter how bad your fate might be.

The Christians died bravely in stoic ways that impressed the Romans. This was the average Roman’s first exposure to Christianity.

Centuries were yet to pass as the Empire did it’s best to limp along teetering on bankruptcy and trying to guard its far flung border when the divide and conquer concept of warfare was taken one step forward. The empire was split in two competing and antonymous halves with a Western Empire, and an Eastern Empire with its capitol in Constantinople.

Each half of the empire had its own emperor and it was believed for a while that with two emperors and two capitols it would be easier to guard the far flung borders and raise and maintain the armies and tax revenues to do so.

However of course this led to competition and jealousy and rivalry and eventually the two Roman emperors met on the field of Battle. Justinian the Eastern Emperor in a alleged epiphany the night before the Battle was told by G-d the Christian G-d if he painted the sign of the Cross on his Army’s shield’s they would be victorious in battle.

They were, and the legend of this G-d grew exponentially in power. Justinian’s mother set out for the Holy Land soon after to start collecting Icons and Relics and anything she could find out about this G-d, and Christ to expand the Cult.

The Empire reunited Constantine then years latter called together an ecumenical council to write the Roman Bible and formalize the religion as the sole state religion and to impose monotheism on Rome, shut down the mortal forms of entertainment and transform the Roman way of life.

That ecumenical council was comprised of 300 religious experts from all over the world including all the known religions and chief amongst them was St. Augustine. He had been born in one of Rome’s African provinces spent most of his life as a pagan and then converted to Sassanind Persian Gnosticism before finding fame in Constantine’s Rome. Aspects of several religions were woven into the Holy Bible as well as Rome’s secret plan to conquer the world through conflicting forms of monotheism and divide and conquer warfare that future emerging technologies would be able to create what would appear to be miracles and acts of G-d.

St. Augustine wrote a revolutionary book that influenced most of this called the “City of G-d”. The city of G-d rejected the notion of the city of man, for a spiritual belief that one could commune with the ethereal and spiritual world of G-d anytime and anywhere and if one rejected the bread and circuses and trappings of earthly wealth while residing within the City of Man that they would earn themselves an eternal afterlife in paradise in the City of G-d. If they failed to forsake earthly wealth and power and succumbed to the temptations of the City of Man then they would be denied entrance to the city of G-d and be damned to an eternity of hellfire and brimstone and torment in hell.

This was the replacement for Bread and Circuses.

Meanwhile while this was occurring our friends the Jews were busy as little bees in Baghdad inventing yet a third religion called Islam and getting it going. They would later build the Dome of the Rock on top of their old Temple which would be the capstone once removed that would signal the start of the apocalyptic war of Armageddon to usher in the one world government once Rome’s plan was complete.

There is a reason why the first thing that fell in Baghdad was the museum and why the archeological sights are heavily guarded by U.S. military throughout the country.

At the top of the Islamic food chain, just like the top of the Jewish and Christian food chain all parties are actually involved in Rome’s plan and their wealth and power is derived from furthering it along.

Now it is time for False Flag number 4. Theodoric the barbarian King sacks Rome after Rome deliberately fails to pay the bribe to keep him from doing so and deliberately refuses to incorporate his peoples into Rome.

Theodoric though just happened to also be…THE LAST KING OF THE JEWS IN BAGHDAD, before the Jews swept north for the next phase of the plan.

Within a month the Roman capitol emptied out from over a million people to less than 80,000…

The dark ages then begin. The Wars between Islam and Christianity begin as they were designed to as competing forms of monotheism and the divide and conquer plan called for. All throughout Europe the pagan religions were slowly stamped out Odin and Thor would be no more, the Celtic G-ds all had to go too. This was a long and tedious process of robbing people through blight, and starvation.

Of convincing people that the Glory of Rome ended because of its wicked ways and its worship of false G-ds and a pox had descended on the land as a result.

The use of Roman technology to improve the quality of life were put to an end as being a blasphemy against G-d and things that upset him, gone were the aqueducts and running fresh water, baths, and indoor plumbing, advanced sciences and astronomy and astrology, medicine and other advancements Rome had made.

Yet Rome did not die, for from the very beginning of the Empire the Emperor held dual titles Emperor and the Pontificus Maximus, Rome’s High Priest. Caesar, the future Caesars would simply drop the title of Emperor in favor of Pontificus Maximus to make Rome all about the City of G-d and to replace bread and circuses with the promise of an eternal afterlife for obeying Roman law, or eternal damnation for not obeying Roman law.

As the Knights Templar set up the Banking system and a secret government that superseded local governments and was only beholden to Rome and then morphed into the Free Masons and the last vestiges of paganism were driven from the land, then it was time to lift the dark ages to start developing the new technologies that will enable the mimicking of Biblical Prophecy to come true and drive the superstitious masses sold on the notion of the City of G-d towards a one world government.

This would require an embarrassing about face for Rome which by now had for several hundred years operated as the Holy Roman Empire Charlemagne had become the first Emperor of and made his capitol Berlin.

Because the Christ sect had originally come from the English Isle great attention was paid to England and conquering it and keeping it firmly under control.

That is why the Monarchs of England play such a great role in the Empire; they are one of the chief guardians of the secrets that would expose the entire religion and system as a fraud.

To allow the renaissance to proceed without embarrassing Rome and the Pope with a hypocritical about face on science, art, literature and technology the divisions of divide and conquer warfare would have to be used once more through two lightning rod figures.

Enter Henry Tudor who had stolen the English Throne and his many wives and his renunciation of Catholicism and the Pope for his refusal to grant him multiple divorces and the Anglican Church he would create that would still promote the City of G-d according to Rome’s plan but seemingly independent of Rome itself.

In reality earlier in the 1100’s William the Conqueror had already bequeathed England the Kingdom and everything his heirs and Crown would ever posses to Rome in exchange for the Pope’s blessing. This is in part why the American Colonies were never the Kings to grant independence too and only could simply be incorporated as a Roman State.

So England was not splitting from Rome or the City of G-d concept it was just allowing Rome to save face as the stage was set for the beginning of the Renaissance and the reemergence of technology.

Across the channel another fun fellow had a similar task to allow the Renaissance to flourish in Europe at that was Martin Luther and his Protestant Movement that sprang up in the Holy Roman Capitol of Germany.

The Protestants were not protesting the City of G-d concept just Papal hegemony.

With Europe now advancing again and the dark ages over it was time to spread Christianity throughout the world.

Enter Cristobal Columbus who was given the ancient charts to find his way to America and refute the Papal notion that the Earth was flat.

Rome’s next step in the plan was eliminating what Treaties refer to as First Nations People. First Nations People would be the indigenous Native Americans and Islanders as Christian Armies began to circumnavigate the globe.

America was designed to be a safety valve for Europe’s teeming masses to keep real revolutions from happening.
It was opened up to get the downtrodden and ambitious out of Europe and England and the revolutionary war staged through the Masons to give them the illusion of freedom and independence.

Once the Pacific was reached and the natives for the most part conquered pacified or driven off or isolated into small pockets it was time to install our current corporate government. To start doing away with some of those freedoms, this led to the Civil War and once the Corporate Government won it, it was time to stick up the recruitment sign.

Caesar’s mighty thirteenth legion was back in business. The French Masons sent over the Statue of Liberty to be that Recruitment sign, give us your tired, your hungry and poor because we absolutely intend to put them into uniform and become the world’s policeman and Rome’s premier Army.

It took a little while to enslave all the Americans into the corporate government to bind them into the contracts but once the Federal Reserve Act passed by Woodrow Wilson’s deception, it was time for the first feel good event of the Century, World War I, a chance for everyone to get reacquainted through Rome’s favorite pastime, killing one another!

With the first nation’s people conquered the American’s enslaved, Caesar’s 13th legion reconstituted and fighting effectively it was time to fulfill the contract with the Pharisees and the Balfour Declaration by the English Parliament returned Israel to the Jews.

One little problem remained though, getting the Jews to return to Israel! Ouch that was going to hurt and it sure did, enter Adolf Hitler the Pope’s golden child and soon the world’s Jews were literally dying to go back!

The Stage is now set for World War III. The emerging technologies are there to mimic Biblical miracles and prophecies and the divide and conquer political tactics have so exploited the divisions between the different branches of monotheism that thanks to false flag number 4, 9-11 most of the religious world is either ready to fight or accepts have to be fought because of religious end time prophecies written into the three competing sects that worship the same deity to stamp out all three.

The New World Order one world government will resemble today’s China, a hybrid of communism, fascism, corporatism and capitalism. A two class society of workers and managers ruled with a heavy totalitarian hand with few rights or privileges for the workers, more rights and privileges for the managers and complete freedom for the owners and the rulers with a watchful eye by a central all powerful dictator.

This is the world we live in, I am utterly convinced of that, and this is how we got to this point and I am utterly convinced of that.

Could you be a little more specific on where you are confused on the Pope and the Vatican's role, I just wrote 20,000 charachters to try to explain it for you friend.
