I know. I'm pretty sure the artist used real chard animal parts to make the alien body. The head of the alien is a fairly common shape, I would be surprised if came from obtainable mold.

Very interesting pic.

It's unfortunate now days we could be looking at the real thing and not know. Had this level of detail shown up in a black and white photo from 50 years ago that would have been even more interesting.

People are capable of amazing creature creation and special effects.

It looks amazing.

As to the head not being damaged...convenient.

I found that photo in a blog talking about the Varginha incident, but I notice that the alien in the photo doesnt match the description of the Varginha alien, which is said to have three bumps on the head. So, maybe this picture is not from Varginha but used in the blog just to illustrate?

That would be my assumption...doesn't match the witness descriptions at all... Also, the photo doesn't have any reference objects to compare size, nor any narrative as to who took it, why, and when... Looking closely at it, there seems to be no reason to believe it is anything other than a rubber mockup... To research, I'd recommend searching on model prop aliens, and see if you find a match...

How many more times can these damn pics of this movies props keep coming up... educate yourselves then at least attempt to retain that info, or at least learn to recognize similarities in pictures with others youve seen before. Its like you can show humans the same object from two different angles in photos and they see two different objects...

Are we as a species these days really that unperceptive?!.. does my head in i tell ya.


As to the original case, those aliens where orange for crying out loud... that point alone would make the pic and the case completely unrelatable are humans these days mostly color blind too?

Edit:- Hmm I think the only people who should be qualified to discussed any 'alien' photos should be people who've at least watched the majority of Sci-Fi and sci-fi related movies and UFO docos of the last 40 years... minimum ... I joke... but it would help.

I knew I'd seen it in a movie before, just couldn't remember (and didn't go through all the posts), which is why I suggested searching on props...thanks moosegunner!

It's a small town and if I'm not mistaken, the incident happened at night.

What we do have are several accounts from witnesses.

And we have some "artistic interpretation" from what people told they saw.

The "Varginha ET" was a little different from the "regular" Gray.

Some people told the ETs smelled very bad, looked hurt, weak and very afraid.

These are some drawings picturing what people (specially two yound women) saw that night.

conclusive, one photo is a poor method when attempting to prove such a milestone

I say it's a fake, until I can see more photos and more of the area where itj's getting photoed it will still be a fake to me.
