Who wrote the "404" ad??

It reminds me a lot of the pamphlet that the British government gave out in 2004 to help us 'Prepare for emergencies'.

Actually, look at all the links on that page. While it's not the Google URL, it looks as though Google owns that URL so in fact I believe it is a Google site.

I love it, has some real gems. I especially like these:

Unconsciousness-If the person is unconscious with no obvious sign of life, then they're more than likely already dead. Leave them.

Bleeding-Ick, blood. You want to stay well away from that. It can carry nasty things. Just make sure it doesn't get all over the carpets, and if it does, some proper cleaning stuff will fix it up good as new.

I was the one who bumped it. the 404 ad always seemed mysterious and alluring so I came to see how its doing.
