Whenever I set the post time display to GMT in the control panel, a day or two later it always resets to GMT-1200 and I have to put it back to GMT again. It gets quite annoying having to do that every couple of days.

Yeah mine changes. On the part where it says posted on **/**/****, it says my time. Maybe you're looking in the wrong area? If not then there are two problems

I can go in and change to the correct time, edit, but when the main page comes back it's changed back to what it was before.
