I don't believe it matters whether the camera is professional grade or just a home cam. The lighting I think is what makes this kind of optical illusion. The light and angles. In a place designated for cameras and such there has to be a lot of lighting (at least a lot more than what you would put together at say, your holiday get togethers and whatnot) so that you can get good pictures of your subject. And the fact that it was probably compressed to become a youtube video doesn't help the fact either.

I used to be interested in all the reptillian type stuff after listening to hours and hours of David Icke (always take Icke with a grain of salt ). But upon MY OWN research (which is far from perfect as I am not an expert or scholar on ANY subject) I could take from other videos and such that it was merely an optical illusion.

I am not saying there is nothing nefarious or "otherworldly" out there (I believe quite the opposite). But what I BELIEVE is that most of the reptillian eye videos are just shots that hit the light just right.

I am going to repeat this for a third time, I saw this same effect on the news awell, maybe that video on the news is a compressed video it self, but on other clips I am sure her eyes do the same thing apart from Charlie Sheen's himself. It does not have mean it is evil or good or alien, it could be a number of things and right now this is called reptillian stairs as such like Chemtrail/Contrails, we are not sure what a UFO is but at least it is called under a subject in which people can characterise it. Sorry if it sounding demeaning to the Sheen'it just it fitted the scene, I am sure they have their own issues outside Alex Jones and the rest of it.

Even at 0:38 she is doing it, so i don't think it is a one off optical illusion.

I believe demonic forces have an influence, it could be the very soul a person has within the eyes, the soul related the eyes.

I am not a hardcore reptile fan, but a lot of it could be related to Satanism or the corrupted soul like some computer virus, untill faith puts it straight.

These reps are able to morph into humans, rule the world, travel the entire universe through worm holes, but they just can't keep the Christians, and David Icke from seeing their little slit eyes.

I remember a few years ago, there was a forum that I won't name, that was very Reptile centric. For some reason, they decided that Hollywood was teeming with Reps.

They claimed they killed Bob Hope, and gave Julia Roberts a heart attack. They also claimed they killed Robert Palmer, the rocker. Then they claimed there was going to be a nuke going off in Chicago, but as luck would have it, a couple of them lived in Chicago and they disarmed the nuke with a crystal wand.

I poked a little fun at them, like I'm doing here, and guess who became the next Reptile? Me of course.

One guy even claimed he worked with me when I was an agent for Papa Bush, they decided to have me killed. They got 20 people together and they all attacked me with their Shiva wands, and Holy Hand Grenades. I had gone away for a few days, they decided since I had not posted, then I must be dead. When I came back, they said I wasn't me because they had killed me, but I was a clone that was activated to embarrass them.

I tell you. You just can't win with these people!

They then said an "Etheric Warrior" had been dispatched to kill me with a bullet. I guess they must have been right about me cause the Warrior guy never showed up. He must have been abducted and turned into soilent green.

I always wondered why they had clones of me ready to go but poor old Bob Hope and Robert Palmer went for the dirt nap, they must have been too high profile.

Oh well, they did a good job because my eyes never give me away. But I do sneak a fly snack now and then when humans aren't looking.

By the way did Obama do the ET disclosure thing yet?

Maybe if Stevie Wonder sees music like we can not, if he played music full of satanic praise maybe his eyes would show something, I have seen blind people with similar aura's round their eyes, maybe it is related to something and that could be the centre point of the soul, in which we focus all our senses in the forehead region.

I think general related subjects not even a softcore subject, the more I keep on the Biblical path the more I can cross reference these things on all sides. If I was an anthiest without Bible knowledge I would not even be talking about it.

I do sometimes like to stir the audiance a bit to see what they say on ATS so everyone gives a view on both sides, a lot of the time people get bored of me I think.

I don't know any more to be honest, I have gone beyond that level of thought now, I see it as a possibility in terms of a different realm, maybe there is a parallel world that is reptilian but is in a different frequency and next to each one is a slight variant until the actual occurs and the subject means nothing or is fully of that nature in the balance. It could be a parallel world or spiritual realm that wants to exist but cannot in ours, it keeps getting defeated by Christ and faith, it could semi exist but it could also become extinct. If we have more faith maybe there is less chance of the satanic realms coming into our existence, if it did take over we would be not only be slaves but in a hell on earth situation and I feel timelines keep adapting but at the same time through Christ this one is kept together because the heavenly realm is neither past or present and the devil can choose any timeline he wants to erase what he does not like apart from Christ and his followers. This translates to heaven where you either were born or remained dead.

This I feel is related to the climax of the Tribulation when the start and end joins, when the Angel Michael throws out Satan and his Angels in the future, but of course Satan has already been thrown out to us in this world.
