....A £30,000 custom made fembot. I'm pretty sure this guy has probably been talked about in the past but since it is a touching Christmas story I thought I'd share it.

A couple of thoughts ....
How the hell did she help with the turkey?
Are his parents happy that he's found true love?

If you grab or squeeze too hard she will try to slap you. She has all senses except for smell.

I would love to see a video of her in action so I could judge better. Not sure what to think.

Cool post! It's amazing what the field of robotics has achieved, especially for one man to completely design and build this one by hand.

I know this is so wrong of me to even think this but I wonder if he..........

Good on him, hopefully he has found happiness and is content with his new love. I say if it makes him happy, hurts nobody else and fills a void in his heart, no harm done.

Can't wait to see the look of disgust on the face of femnazis...

Yeah, there have been previous threads about this dude.
There is a video out there on Youtube somewhere, I think.

When he says "if you grab or squeeze too hard" he is talking about groping her breasts.

He did that in the video demonstration and she slapped his hand away and said: "Hey, I don't like that!"



As was speculated upon in that thread, I'm assuming there is a toggle switch of some sort that switches over into "under the covers" mode.

I'm going to ask the question everyone is wondering.

Thanks for that , I saw him on tv a while back but couldn't find the video of it.
This guy is both awsome and kinda sad at the same time but whatever makes him happy.
Maybe in a few years time the robot girlfriend will replace the mail-order bride amongst lonley men

Can she comfort him when he's had a hard day? Can she even carry a conversation? Does she do anything more than just lay there and take whatever he throws at her? Can she laugh? Does she cry? Will she bring him chicken noodle soup when he's got a cold? Does her artificial skin keep him warm at night? Can she give him a daughter or a son? Would you call what they share having sex or is it just an expensive form of masturbation? Does she enjoy the sex they have? Does she enjoy anything at all?Is there a 'they' or is it just him? Is it all in his head? Does he even care about pleasing his partner? Is that the only reason why he wants a robot? So he won't have to deal with the real life hardships a real relationship can bring?

This android may have holes and rubbery flesh lumps, but it does not make her a woman. It is a machine, NOT a person. I think there must be some kind of mental disconnect with this guy if he feels completely normal talking to a pile of metal and silicone. What a wack job this man must be.
