Charlie Sheen arrested on charges of alleged domestic violence

www.nypost.com

ASPEN, Colo. — Charlie Sheen has been arrested in the Colorado resort town of Aspen on charges related to an alleged case of domestic violence.

Aspen police spokeswoman Stephanie Dasaro says the "Two and a Half Men" star was arrested Christmas Day on charges of second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

I know there will be plenty saying that 9/11 isn't an inside job now because Charlie has been a arrested and that is completely ridiculous.

That being said I am going to give Charlie the benefit of the doubt in this case because Denise Richards his last wife said on Howard Stern that he was never violent. I am chalking this up to the police being over zealous and them media jumping the gun for obvious reasons. If these charges are all dropped expect no retraction by the post.

I will however be very disappointed if this is true as plenty of debunkers will use this as ammo to defend the preposterous official story of 9/11. Lets hope this is all just a misunderstanding

I just read this now and the first thought that came to my mind is "they finally got to him". He is one of the most well-known and successful celebrities going around and his push to have the events of 9/11 re-examined has made him a target. I'm not particularly a fan of his work but I commend him for his bravery of going against TPTB.

This looks like the tip of the iceberg if it really is TPTB behind these events to discredit him. I wish him well.

i dont know if any one would have said anything about 9/11. But anyway, police don't just show up at peoples homes and arrest them for domestic abuse. There has to be visible markings by law.. That being said, i think hes a worthless humanbeing.

Oh come on... he has a pretty long history of this stuff.

All said... I still love all his movies, and think he's a great actor.

I wasn't there so no opinion, but 9/11 shouldn't even be involved in this, like saying because clinton got a bj, all dems are adulterers.

Probably not a good similarity but eh, you get it.

Yeah sure> Charlie is such a threat that "they" had to arrest him on a relativly minor charge so he could be out on bail about 15 minutes after his arrest. And now he'll have the ungodly threat of anger/family counseling or even ( gasp) community service to silence his crackpot 9/11 theories. Too bad people here don't love logic as much as paranoid drama!

If he's convicted, thanks to a law signed by Bill Clinton, he'll never own another firearm, not that I think that's his thing, anyway.

Just sayin'.

Oh dear, "In a searing court attack on Charlie Sheen, actress Denise Richards alleges that her estranged husband is unstable, violent, addicted to gambling and prostitutes, and visits pornographic web sites featuring young men and girls who appear underage. In a remarkable sworn declaration (a copy of which you'll find below) filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Richards also charges that Sheen, 40, assaulted her and threatened her life during a December 30 incident at the actress's Los Angeles home."

It's preposterous that anyone at all connects this news story to 9/11.

The same people who complain that the mass media always refer to 9/11 as soon as any terrorist plot is uncovered are also stupendous & illogical in their own associations of 9/11.

Denise making claims of domestic violence on December 30th, and now his arrest on December 25th?

...Sounds like Charlie has issues with Christmas Holidays. Maybe next year he'll have the good sense to just sleep through them.

He has been REFUSED bail and is facing two felonies.

---------------------------------------------------------------

This is not about 9/11. It is about a popular and successful celebrity who might be the target of a smear campaign to discredit his character. It is also possible that he is just showing reckless behaviour. But, can we not give him the benefit of the doubt until more facts are released?

No he is being held without bond until the court re-opens:

Sheen will be held without bond in the Pitkin County Jail until his first court appearance. The court was closed for Christmas, and no date for his appearance has been set.

You can't be refused bail without being brought before a magistrate.

The lesson here is don't get arrested during holidays like christmas, because you'll be spending some time in the local lock up.

Of course not. As we all know, America is turning into Ancient Egypt, and as the old saying goes, "guilty before innocent." However, if it turns out that Charlie Sheen really is guilty and did something wrong, I have to wonder how Alex Jones will respond, if at all.

Yes. I used to live in Aspen, and it's really just a small (expensive) little town. Only time they have a problem...is when a celebrity comes into town and "acts up". Then they have to scurry around and figure out what to do.

Not that Charlie Sheen amounts to a hill of beans, but so that everyone knows, he's been released from jail.

Charlie Sheen was released from jail after being arrested on domestic violence charges Friday morning.

The Two and a Half Men star was booked at 11:20 a.m. for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief, according to a spokesperson for the Pitkin County Sheriff's Department in Aspen, Colo.

Let this be a lession to you, if you have any weaknesses at all, the ptb will take you out. My face will be disfigured forever because my drunken x punched me but nobody would hold it against him. You tell the truth about the Nazis in power and you will get locked up forever. But then again I was living in Wisconsin, they hate women in Wisconsin.
Massachussets is vaccinating its prisoners against swineflu, even before pregnant women, don't know about Colorado, but getting incarcerated in these troubled times could be a death sentence.
Well, at least he was released. I hate the Nazis. They trained all our police.

And the latest news is that his new wife is the one who was intoxicated and he was not. He was also let out on bail.

Who knows what's up with this. Most of us can't begin to relate to the reality of the lives of the rich and famous.

I will be the first to call Charlie a scumbag if these allegations are true but if it was his wife that was drunk and she got violent with him then neighbors or people near by called the police because they heard a disturbance chances are they would take Charlie. Charlie is a celebrity and the celeb mugshot is a big deal and the all important news cycle needs this stuff so they would most assuredly take him in before even considering the wife.

This is all wild speculation on my part but who knows what happened I guess we will find out soon enough. I know Denise Richards maid early claims he was violent but on Howard Stern she retracted all that and called him a really good guy. So again who ever knows the truth this is Hollywood it is a whole other world.

As for people thinking this won't be linked to 9/11 it all ready has because debunking sites are all over this story atm.

How much money has Charlie spent investigating 9/11?

I would think that a person in his position would be willing to spend money on a cause he truly believes in.
