Gifts of Christmas Past

Some years, I have cringed at the thought of opening a gift that may be something hideous, horrendous, or tacky to the max.
Who hasn't opened a present and your first thought is..
"OMG! WHAT WERE THEY THINKING???"
The colorful sweater that you are sure Aunt Martha must be in need of new glasses....
the new videogame that your boyfriend WANTED for HIMSELF..lol...
The underwear your mom sent...hahaha...

Then again, there are the gifts that are treasured for life..like the tree ornaments your kids made in kindergarten. Or the card they gave you where they first wrote their names perfectly.

Of course, there are the gifts that you open and think..well, it's something useful..just not for me..so I'll save it and re-gift it. (I don't feel regifting is wrong.)
So do tell people...
