Hahaha ok, well I'll do that. And I'll also cite it for any other violation of the constitution I see happen.
Hence the reason why sheriffs and judges are to be informed of this. Time to see whose side everyone is on. I was right in my ascertation of you bud, part of the problem.

Taxation Without Representation, by agents and assigns from a foreign country (The U.S. versus the U.S.A.). Public Officials with no Registration, within 15 days of election or appointment, No insurance bond attached to the filing. No Office VACANT!!!! If they are pretending to be in office pretending impersonating an officer or an official. A crime punishable by imprisonment and must pay back all salary and other compensations to the Republic immediately. This also includes Judges who have not registered either. This is how to correct our Judicial system.
RE: (14th Amendment) Red Amendment, Pass the Word. So Saith I. As one we are Victorious. Check out all elected officials using Foia (Freedom of information act), the US Marshals can arrest them and seize assets including off shore bank accounts, monies that have been stolen from the Republic pretending to be in office. This I do Swear to be true and correct.

I did look up form 4852.

whoopie. I have an employee who refused to pay withholding on some BS claim, some stupid legal argument.
She is now the proud owner of a lien for 100k!
Good luck!

I see the Petition for Redress section number 5 "direct, un-apportioned tax on labor in violation of Article 1 Tax Clause."
Should we not file with IRS? Mentioning we want redress beforehand?
To answer your question, look up 4852, an IRS document, you can recover ALL your tax monies, Federal, State, Social Security and Medicare contributions. All legally done with their, the IRS's own document. Millions have done it.
Some taxpayers affected by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma may have difficulty obtaining 2005 Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement, and other 2005 information documents.
The Internal Revenue Service encourages taxpayers to contact employers or former employers and other payers to secure a W-2 or other documents.
If a taxpayer cannot obtain the documents after attempting to contact the employer, the taxpayer should file Form 4852, which substitutes for Forms W-2 and 1099-R, with his or her federal tax return.
The IRS generally will not accept Form 4852 until after Feb. 15, 2006. However, those affected by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma may submit the form prior to Feb. 15.

I believe the overall attention I wanted to bring to light was on the overall document. Not petty arguements on taxes. Lets try and stay on subject. I too have contacted the delegate for my area, and I plan on talking with the local sheriffs tomorrow.
I like the document though....everyone else agree, it takes us back to some very basic principles and laws to live by.

What do you think of their ideas in regards to licenses and vehicle registration blah blah. Abolishing the whole works seems like a good idea completely. I got a kick out of that, but I mean think about it. Back in the day, they weren't going to the DMV and waiting for hours just to be told they could then legally ride their horse and buggy.

Well woop de doo. a bunch of right wingnuts get together again for pretend time. Kinda like the "grand juries' indicting Obama.
I'm sure this will have profound and long lasting effects.Just like the grand juries did.
The Continental Congress was a convention of delegates from the Thirteen Colonies that became the governing body of the United States during the American Revolution. The Congress met from 1774 to 1789 in three incarnations.

An incorrect W-2. I could show you the way to file it and it is all legal, the original W-2 is incorrectly filed, by the "employer", ever look up the definition of that? Obviously you have never read the IRS code, I have. I have been warned here before about this. So I have to be careful what I state. Needless to say, me and the IRS have an understanding. They stand UNDER me.
But getting back to the OP's original post, it is people like you who are part of the problem and not part of the solution. Step aside please, your standing in the way of real progress by honest people.

So would you like to clear this up by expanding in more detail on this on how exactly one would use this form to get everything they paid in back?
