Hahaha ok, well I'll do that. And I'll also cite it for any other violation of the constitution I see happen.
Hence the reason why sheriffs and judges are to be informed of this. Time to see whose side everyone is on. I was right in my ascertation of you bud, part of the problem.

Part of the problem indeed. Sheriff Richard I. Mack has been publishing books on the oath of office and gun rights and property rights. All of these things should be valued by everyone.

Taxation Without Representation, by agents and assigns from a foreign country (The U.S. versus the U.S.A.). Public Officials with no Registration, within 15 days of election or appointment, No insurance bond attached to the filing. No Office VACANT!!!! If they are pretending to be in office pretending impersonating an officer or an official. A crime punishable by imprisonment and must pay back all salary and other compensations to the Republic immediately. This also includes Judges who have not registered either. This is how to correct our Judicial system.

RE: (14th Amendment) Red Amendment, Pass the Word. So Saith I. As one we are Victorious. Check out all elected officials using Foia (Freedom of information act), the US Marshals can arrest them and seize assets including off shore bank accounts, monies that have been stolen from the Republic pretending to be in office. This I do Swear to be true and correct.

I did look up form 4852.
It's for a missing w-2 or other income statement.
whoopie. I have an employee who refused to pay withholding on some BS claim, some stupid legal argument.
She is now the proud owner of a lien for 100k!

Good luck!

An incorrect W-2. I could show you the way to file it and it is all legal, the original W-2 is incorrectly filed, by the "employer", ever look up the definition of that? Obviously you have never read the IRS code, I have. I have been warned here before about this. So I have to be careful what I state. Needless to say, me and the IRS have an understanding. They stand UNDER me.

But getting back to the OP's original post, it is people like you who are part of the problem and not part of the solution. Step aside please, your standing in the way of real progress by honest people.

I was shocked to recognize one of the 2 signed names for Ohio. I have known him since childhood from the church both of our parents attended. I found him on facebook and mentioned this site to him. Perhaps he will stop by.

Should we not file with IRS? Mentioning we want redress beforehand?

To answer your question, look up 4852, an IRS document, you can recover ALL your tax monies, Federal, State, Social Security and Medicare contributions. All legally done with their, the IRS's own document. Millions have done it.

Just to re-iterate what OldDragger already mentioned, ...

According to the IRS website, that form is just a substitute for the W-2 and the 1099 forms, ...

Substitute Forms W-2 for Hurricane Victims

Some taxpayers affected by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma may have difficulty obtaining 2005 Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement, and other 2005 information documents.

The Internal Revenue Service encourages taxpayers to contact employers or former employers and other payers to secure a W-2 or other documents.

If a taxpayer cannot obtain the documents after attempting to contact the employer, the taxpayer should file Form 4852, which substitutes for Forms W-2 and 1099-R, with his or her federal tax return.

The IRS generally will not accept Form 4852 until after Feb. 15, 2006. However, those affected by Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma may submit the form prior to Feb. 15.

I believe the overall attention I wanted to bring to light was on the overall document. Not petty arguements on taxes. Lets try and stay on subject. I too have contacted the delegate for my area, and I plan on talking with the local sheriffs tomorrow.

I like the document though....everyone else agree, it takes us back to some very basic principles and laws to live by.

What do you think of their ideas in regards to licenses and vehicle registration blah blah. Abolishing the whole works seems like a good idea completely. I got a kick out of that, but I mean think about it. Back in the day, they weren't going to the DMV and waiting for hours just to be told they could then legally ride their horse and buggy.

Good work by the CC2009. I will support this in any way I can. I totally concur that things have gotten badly out of hand in America, all our governmental agents have overstepped their constitutional bounds and are running amok to the detriment of our citizens.
Enough is enough, if we don't pull the brakes on this train it will surely crash. I'll take my chances with a free society, damn the consequences.

You are correct. THE ONLY LAW that applies to ordinary Americans is the one true Common Law.

Thou shalt NEVER infringe upon anothers rights, life, liberty or proerty EVER.

If we all lived by that one law, the Police State would disappear. Ayn Rands book "Atlas Shrugged" should also be read. And then there is the timelss classic by Thomas Paine, Common Sense. And the latest version by another author, "Common Sense Revisited". Trouble is all the politicians are blackmailed. We believe them to be bought off but it is a fact that they are blackmailed. Photo's taken in compromising postitions at parties they should never have attended and engaging in the secret societies where one can't get out once you are in unless you are dead.

We must stop these secret societies and get everyone on the same page, the CC2009 document is one of many that should all be put together to redefine the object of Government in the first place.

In short . . . brilliant.

I love the whole damn document.

Another thread that's a bit older...But very relevant in discovering how they've been violating our laws & using their own against us. It's at least an 19-page thread, but well worth the reading. Everything from our Birth Certificates all the way to the corrupted Courtrooms & beyond is discussed there.

Yeah, you'll see me there too...

Well woop de doo. a bunch of right wingnuts get together again for pretend time. Kinda like the "grand juries' indicting Obama.
I'm sure this will have profound and long lasting effects.Just like the grand juries did.

There were many loyalists to the Crown of England who after July 4th of 1776, had very much the same thing to say about the Second Continental Congress. Of course, they didn't have silly little emoticons that do that cutesy roll of the eyes, but then again, I don't suppose you have a powdered wig.

Continental Congress

The Continental Congress was a convention of delegates from the Thirteen Colonies that became the governing body of the United States during the American Revolution. The Congress met from 1774 to 1789 in three incarnations.

Some more info on the cause.

1. The Constitution cannot defend itself and it is not a menu.

2. CC 2009 is a National Assembly of citizens from the states of the Union and the District of Columbia.

3. The purpose of CC 2009 is to legally end certain violations of the federal Constitution.

4. CC 2009 is the appropriate next step in a 14-year process by the free People to hold their STATE AND FEDERAL elected officials accountable to the federal Constitution.

5. The free People have exhausted their administrative and judicial remedies.

6. The free People wish now to exhaust their constitutional remedies, as guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence and the Accountability Clause of the First Amendment.

7. The Delegates wish to focus on Facts, avoiding Opinions.

8. The Delegates wish to focus on violations of the Constitution, avoiding political questions.

9. When the People are up against unjust and uncivil government and laws and they are entitled to reform they will achieve it if they are pro-active, non-violent and have a mass-movement.

10. These grass-roots proceedings are NOT a Constitutional Convention, which the Delegates are wholeheartedly against as such a Convention would only serve to limit our unalienable rights. The terms are easily confused, especially because it's been 225 years since "We The People" have had to convene a Continental Congress.

Warned here before by whom? Warned about what?

I would like to know more specifics on how to properly file that form. I heard of this before, but everyone always points to something without any clear explanation on how it is suppose to properly be used. To me that just puts people at more risk by trying to figure it out on their own with no understanding of what they are doing.

Any time one uses any type of paper work it is extremely important they fully understand it and are able to defend it should they ever end up in court over it. Otherwise they will get into trouble because they don't understand the paper work.

So would you like to clear this up by expanding in more detail on this on how exactly one would use this form to get everything they paid in back?

I sense a disturbance in the Force...This thread is in danger of being derailed.

Perhaps the answer to your specific question would be best posted in the link I provided in my first post in this thread...This way, the thread can continue with discussion on the CC 2009 & specific questions about law/regs/statutes/codes/etc can be answered in a thread already devoted to it.

Peace
