Yep, you will, and I bet you they'll be wrong.
The rise in autism while not completely explainable likely has a lot more to do with better diagnoses and little to do with an actual rise in the disease.
But it needs to be looked into.
The thing that bother me is now anti-vacciners will take this and run with it as proof that vaccines cause autism (it doesn't).
I think ya'll are way too complacent about disease.
I get the impression the anti-vaccners have no idea what smallpox, pneumonic plague, whooping cough, polio, TB, etc. etc, can do to a population.
And I also get a basic misunderstanding of how we contract these diseases and the reasons why they aren't prevalent today.
It's a bit discouraging.
