i am a firm believer in the fact that couples are waiting to have children later in life and this seems to have a huge influence on child health and development. and probably has more to do with contaminants building up in the ova of the women basically poisoning the egg before it is fertilizer. look at tadpoles soaked in a little extra nitrogen. nothing like six legs to get you moving faster.

The problem is that we have individuals who keep things hidden from us and we cannot make accurate decisions about things until those facts come out into the open.

The CDC has been covering up this stuff for years and this framework called society was here way before I came along.
Me and everybody else are trying to clean up the mess left by apathetic individuals like yourself, but you keep making it so difficult for us.

I suffered from mercury amalgam poisoning for 40 years and there are some similarities to autism:anger,withdrawal,brain fog,depression,emotional instability,SENSITIVITY TO SOUND,self injury,SENSITIVITY TO ALUMINUM TOXICITY,etc. (I found the sound of cars driving by 3/4 of a mile away to be very painful.)

I had my amalgams replaced with gold and started feeling better within days. I also stopped eating tuna fish.

But if they have removed mercury from the the vaccines then that is not the cause. Old people do not have high rates of autism,people who dont get vaccinated, and the Amish who dont get their children vaccinated also dont have high rates of autism.

I suspect it is the vaccines themselves but it could be the aluminum,the formaldehyde,the squalene, etc.

sounds like amish might have it. Too bad that hasn't hit the government which says kids need these shots.

I would not be surprised if there is a chemical we are using to manufacture plastics with that is causing severe detrimental effects on human beings and even leading to autism in our children.

After learning women who drink from certain plastic bottles have overly aggressive female babies...I don't wear rubber sandals anymore.

Plastics can enter your system. Almost everything that touches your body enters your system. I know of a teenager, an athlete who DIED from overuse of something like BenGay (an icy hot treatment) for sore muscles.

(BTW - Numbers of missing and abducted children have risen 400% over the past 10 years - in case anyone is counting)

I'm not sure if anyone else mentioned if perhaps there might be a link between autism and the new mercury-laden CFL light bulbs being pushed on us.

These new CFL light bulbs should have EVERYONE extremely concerned.

If you read the label on those 'miracle' spiral CFL lamps (the blister pack you bought at the big box store where you get a bunch for six bucks - because they are subsidized by the local energy company) they clearly note that the lamps must be recycled properly. This usually means going to a recycling center that is set up for fluorescent lamp recycling and paying them about $1.50 per lamp to recycle.

Well, you can get a new lamp for that money, right! So these lamps are thrown in the trash (the bog box store doesn't have a recycling program, of course). The landfills are now full of mercury.
One such landfill in the bay area clocked a 500% increase in mercury levels in three years.

This is my number one suspect in the rise in autism and similar symptoms.
Look at the time frame of when it became popular to use these bulbs. Look at the time frame for the increase in Autism. Coincidence?

I´ll take another guess and say the increase is somehow related to acrylamide exposure. en.wikipedia.org...

I have been on the environmental side of the fence for a while.
I do think that genetics plays a role in determining how capable our bodies are of processing all these carcinogens/teratogens that we are exposed to from womb to present day.

I would love to see the CDC come clean on what they really know, but then again, I would love to see the many government entities that are covering up a number of things come clean on what they know.

I would really like to accept that vaccinations are the cause for a easy point and blame scenario, but I can not. My child was born in Italy, and I am stationed here in Italy. These countries over here vaccinate for teh exact same deseases and they do not have a staggering increase of autistic individuals like the states. Personally I will continue to point the finger at food production of the great U.S.A. IMO, it cuases children to become mentally sick, and it is destroying the physical body of millions across the board. Whether it is obesity, to cancer, to autism, to many other Mc Drive through deseases. Also, I want to toss out there that the number one baby sitter in America is causing some of this also, the TV. Too many children sit infront of a television and parents don't really push them into activities. The human body can not live without good nutrition and good exercise, that is just my two cents.
