This is a correct version of the thread i tried to start with this video.

Apparently from 1988

looks like China has some HARRP facilities of there own

and obviously the footage pre-dates C.G.I. (1988)

so how does this affect us NOW?

well this is better footage than the other two, and could maybe help us better understand not only what witnesses saw, but what scientific principles might be at work.

and then the White color is probably rock matter
