Personally I find this no surprise , werent shell one of the companies who benefited financially from 9/11 !!!!

There was a bidding process involved so it was up for grabs. As the article states the Iraqi's don't have the expertise to extract larger quantities of oil so that is a plus for whatever cut the Iraqi's receive. Its not a big secret that the war was always about oil.

Wait a moment, stop the pressers, didn't Obama is trying to push a global warming climate bill? with other nations? to supposedly stop the dependency on oil? so hell, now the pro climate change may have to rethink what the government is doing, because is not way in hell that Shell will be investing time and money on Iraqi Oil fields if they know that oil will become a thing of the past.

This means that no climate bill is going to stop the oil dependency, but its going to tax all of our butts off.
