New Avatar help

hey guys, I have an image in my pics of my tattoo of my current avatar. I want to use it as a new avatar but I am at work and have no way to resize it. If someone could help that would be awesome! Also if someone wanted to fix it up a little ie. take the date off the pic or jazz it up, that woudl be SUPER appreciated. I dont have anything I can offer on here besides my appreciation, Much thanks, ~Stereo~

Here it is simply resized: files.abovetopsecret.com...

I don't know how to wipe out the date and stuff but hopefully this will do until one of our photoshop literate members can assist you.

Also in you go to BTS "member art" forum, there are many folks who offer help with avys.

Would they also help in how to even get to the Avatar section. I've tried to make an avatar and everytime I put in my password and username it takes me back to the password and username login. I can't get into the section to make the avatar, any suggestions.
