First of all i would like to say a big thanks to the guys and girls out there who have made some really interesting articles.
Since i was a child i have had some really strange things that happen. When ever i close my eyes (not to sleep) I see faces that mould from one face to another. The faces are as clear as day, the people move and then mould into some one else. Its as if i am seeing snippets of their lives.
These faces tend to be happy but if i concentrate i can make the people stay for longer. Recently i have started to see something far worse, it has human features but its skin is a kind of blue colour and it moves very quick as soon as i home in on it, it has a very aggresive face, it worries me.
I want to understand what i am seeing as it drives me insane, for your notes i do not take drugs or drink. What am i seeing?

I really appreciate your help with this.

You have psychic abilities, and you must learn how to use them. What you are seeing are mental projections from astral plane entities. Do not play their game for it is dangerous if you don't know the laws of that plane or sphere.
There are many entities out there, that do not belong to the physical plane. All they want is to reconnect to remember what it feels like to be alive. Do not be scared, they cannot harm you in any way, but do not encourage that kind of activity on their part. Just mentally send back the message that you don't want to see them.

Hello chrissylee , welcome !

When you are busily occupied with a task that requires your full concentration, do you still see these faces ?
Do you see them when you blink ?

Is it only one face at a time that you see, which then morphs into another ?

Thanks .

I feared this, the fear developed when i was a child. I was in my nans kitchen who has always had psychic abilities, when i walked into the main area of the kitchen this bright light chased me out, all i can remember seeing is a females face ingulfed in a bright light. The scariest is yet to come, when i was a child i used to play a game where i would hold my mothers hand and close my eyes while we walked around the market, when i reopened my eyes i used to love to see how far we had got and where we were. One day when i was doing this i briefly let go of my moms hand and suddenly i grabbed a hand again. I then opened my eyes and i was holding a old mans hand who was wearing a hat. I asked him where my mom was and he smiled and pointed at my mom. I ran over to her and the man disappeared. when i explained to my mom what he looked like she showed me a picture of my great grandfather and it was him who had long passed.
The faces have always been with me but is it normal to hear electricity and how do i control this?

thanks for your response, I only see the faces if i close my eyes for a min or longer. But it is only one face at a time but it morphs from one face to another. If i am in a noisy room i can not see these faces as i have to concentrate. saying tha if i am in a relaxed state they come anyway without any need for me to will them to me.

What i`m getting at chrissylee is what element of control do you have over this .
Now i`ve had manys the night trying to sleep with every thought i have manifesting itself in my minds eye with cinematic clarity .

If i put my mind to it , i can also see faces when i close my eyes and they would probably also morph one to the next also .

Is the expectation you have, that you will see these faces sort of reinforcing the whole process ?

Could you consciously attempt to replace the images (kind of like mental screen savers) with an image that comforts you ?

Do you think you could substitute the uncomfortable visuals with something more appealing .

i know for sure that its not my imagination. It is so vivid its as if i see a film about you but it only lasts about 5 sec and its centred on your face before it moulds into the next person. It continues to do this until i fall a sleep. Now if i concentrate i can hold one of these people, some times i can make out that they are talking even though i cant hear them i can see there mouths moving.
On occasions they will look right at me and smile, this is what freaks me out the most.

Hey chrissylee, thanks for posting this. It's a good question since I've had a similar thing happen to me when I was a child and also in my teens, except that all the faces I ever saw were extremely frightening and grotesque, as if they were trying to scare me. Usually they mostly appeared as I was beginning to fall asleep, and sometimes even while I was lying in bed trying to fall asleep. These faces would be so clear and vivid and show up out of nowhere, and then just "melt" away. I don't believe they were dreams since many of them would "pop" in, wake me and I would see them still in the room before they disolved. When one would show up I'd feel so terrorized I'd have to leave the light on the whole night. This hasn't happened to me in many years, and then a few nights ago it happened again. I'm worried they will start showing up again. I'm curious to hear other people's opinions and experiences regarding this.

When it starts i have no control over it, i try to stop it and it makes it happen more. Saying that i have gone a few months without seeing a thing and then literally out of the blue it starts up again. In my head i am trying to stop it but they continue to come.
The only way to stop it is to stay p until i cant keepmy eyes open then i fall to sleep. Its very rare that i fear them but a couple of them worry me.

That is exactly it, i only see a few that worry me but if i open my eyes i can still see the one that i last saw and it is still moving until it fades.

Well we often cannot control our thoughts and associated visual images that `pop` into our conscious minds .

With your eyes closed , what other source for the images is there ?

How can you be so sure it is not your imagination ?

That is a interesting question. My only answer is the fact that i do not see anything else, these people have no relevance in my life, they have no attachment to me. If it was a case of a over active imagination i would see other things like animals or even people that i know but this is never the case.

I agree it is a rather specific visual phenomenon , not a rambling stream of associated images .
Have you had any odd experiences with peoples faces in normal interactions i.e eyes open ?
Does your internal dialogue pick up on this theme ?

Thanks for fielding these questions , ...... the only parallel i can make with myself is on those few extreme occasions when i have gone without sleep approaching 48 hours . The mind can become obsessive and keep returning to a `theme` even when it is clearly unsettling to ourselves.

We are very capable of tormenting ourselves .

When my eyes are closed and they first come, if i concentrate on one person and open my eyes i can continue to see them until i lose my concentration. This always worries me as they stare right at me.
With reference to them speaking, I cant make out what they are saying but it seems like they are having a conversation with someone other than me. they will often turn their head as if they are talking to someone next to them.

I don`t know what to say chrissylee .

I truly hope you find some peace of mind , even a few hours respite .

The only thing i could suggest is that you take some semblance of control over the situation , lay down some imagery that you derive strength / peace or comfort from . Failing this , if the theme continues to darken and it begins to affect the functionality of your daily life ...speak to a medical professional, exhaust all possibilities .
Keep it positive .

All the best .

Umbra Sumus.

I think if chrissylee and I are experiencing the same phenomena then the best way to describe it is: imagine that a film, onscreen, in a movie theater represents you dreaming. You are in the theater "watching" or experiencing this dream. Suddenly, out of nowhere, from the row in front of you, a person jumps up grinning directly in your face and scares the hell out of you. What is happening onscreen isn't real, but what jumps out in front is, and you can definitely tell the difference. Especially since it wakes you, and when you open your eyes, the dream fades yet that face is still there, grinning and morphing. Once it's got your attention, it fades. Freaks me out just thinking about it. Chrissylee... don't know if that's how you experience it, but that's how it is for me.

It is simlar but i tend to see it when i close my eyes, not necessarily when I am dreaming. My dreams would need a thread of there own lol. The faces that come are not all scary but some are, now like you it really scares me when they look right at me, its as if they know that i can see them. Yesterday i had one that carried on looking at me after i opened my eyes for a good 10 secs.

This has been happening to me for years. I have never fully understood why it happens and have been hesitant about sharing it with anyone fearing their reaction. I also have experienced dream paralysis which can be a horrifying experience. The faces I see seem to be faces from the ancient past. Maybe I knew these people. Are these faces from my past life? When it happens it resembles a slide show with one face slowly changing into another. I am open for any explanations on this subject. I have grown accustomed to the many unknown faces. It may sound strange, but if the faces suddenly stopped coming to me, I think I would mourn the loss of their company.
