i believe its just other people filing their charges from around, after this case made progress im not 100% sure on that though looking now for some more info

American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint and the Nancy Pelosi criminal conspiracy complaint within its Presentments.

The American Grand Jury Criminal Presentments have now been hand-delivered by Process-Service to the Clerk of the United States District Court, Charles R. Diard Jr., Mobile, Alabama [serve affidavit by Donald Gaines] and the Clerk of the United States District Court, William M. McCool, Pensacola, Florida [serve affidavit by Norman Caron] .

The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before these and numerous other Courts.

If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that both Obama and Pelosi be criminally prosecuted.

California Judge Dismisses 'Birther' Lawsuit

A federal judge in California has dismissed another case questioning President Obama's qualification to hold office, Politico's Josh Gerstein reports. In a withering 30-page ruling, the judge attacked the suit brought by prominent "birther" leader Orly Taitz on behalf of military personnel and others, and accused the plaintiffs of trying to avoid going to war. "This Court will not interfere in internal military affairs nor be used as a tool by military officers to avoid deployment. The Court has a word for such a refusal to follow the orders of the President of the United States, but it will leave the issue to the military to resolve," the judge wrote.

The California case was the latest in a string of "birther" lawsuits to be angrily tossed by judges, usually accompanied by strongly worded rulings. Taitz, who has become a leader of the litigation campaign nationwide, typically finds military personnel who will request a "stay" of their deployment on the grounds that Obama has no authority to send them out on duty. ("Birthers" believe Obama was not born in the United States and cannot legally hold office.) A similar case was dismissed in New Jersey last week, and another in Georgia earlier this month. In the Georgia case, the judge fined Taitz $20,000 for violating the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

The point of dismissal the Judge gave was that she waited too long to file, ( Day of Obama inaugeration), so Congress is the only one that can do anything about the qualification issue that was brought up.

I am connected into a few groups on a Constitutional basis, some where trying to get me on a Grand Jury for KS. I am already with Constitutional Congress and I-Caucus. The Teaparty stuff was also good as long as the GOP keeps their nose out of it.

All these things are back to "We the People", and it does not get any simpler than that. All three powers of Govt. that we have that are suppose to balance out power, have been in fact tied together.
If the Federal Judges and the Supreme Court were not corupt, these tasks would be easier.

If these things don't work out very soon, that is when it will get more "Physical" and I am not talking about the Olivia Newton John type either.

How many times were the American people warned that everything happening in our country today is because we as a whole THE PEOPLE did not stand up long ago and take back by force the POWER that was/is rightfully ours. Your founding fathers would die of shame if they were to see the state of the Nation today. It makes me sick to know that my elders were massacred/sacrificed to give birth to a republic that no longer exists. Now day after day with every new law they pass we are seeing the death of the constitution. You can't say you didn't see this coming because you were warned. Now American citizens are being called home grown terrorrists. How can this be because my people have been fighting terrorrists since 1492. The abuse of power is a disgrace yet because we as a whole do not do anything those who are speaking out or even questioning that in which they do not want to be made public are being punished. A New World Order is coming and it isn't going to be that of the globalist elite for even the all seeing eye doesn't see what is coming their way. Their lies and cover-ups are adding up to a toll they can not afford because the truth hurts. For the punishment of treason is death.

They and TPTB are trying hard to be little the regular citizens of the United States of America. What the people need to do is know what the Constitution provides us for tools.
The posts like the one before about the Constituion giving only the Congress the power to do anything is complete BS.

Our Great Founding fathers intended and wrote it for the Coruption of Mankind. They had great forsight in these matters.
There idea at that time, is that every 20 or so years, the Govt would be cleaned out and refreshed. The Constitutional Law could be re-instated as we have been not only provided,

but instructed to do so.

Grand Juries do not determine either guilt or innocence but instead determine whether or not there is compelling evidence to bring an accused suspect to trial.
