Israel hasn't signed The Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, but the United States and many of her warmongering allies have.
The
NPT consists of three pillars:
1 Non-proliferation
2 Disarmament
3 Peaceful use of nuclear energy
While Iran obliges to point 1 and allows inspections, those calling for sanctions and threatening Iran fail to fulfil their obligations. Neither has
any atomic power significantly reduced its weapon stockpile, nor are they helping Irans peaceful nuclear program. The last time Iranians trusted a
western atomic power and sent all their uranium to a France enrichment facility, they didn't get it back.
In fact, why doesn't the US fulfil its obligation? US scientists and engineers could go to Iran and help the Iranians in their build up of a nuclear
program.
If US-citizens would work in Irans nuclear facilities, they could watch if Iranians start an illegal atomic-weapons program. This
would be a wise solution, but our pundits and politicians are more interested in global dominance. They value threats and war higher, than diplomacy
and peace.
