I normally don't like this stuff but I like this. S&F.
Thank you for submitting this because I never would have seen it otherwise!

IMHO,
It's lame at best.
At first, it was sort of interesting, then the message said something about,"walking with the gods"

As if there is more than 1 god

That was about it for me. My feelings that this was an anti-Christian message were doubly confirmed with the pentagram at the end

THE WARRIOR'S PRAYER by Stuart Wilde

I am what I am.
In having faith in the beauty within me, I develop trust.
In softness I have strength.
In silence I walk with the gods.
In peace I understand myself and the world.
In conflict I walk away.
In detachment I am free.
In respecting all living things, I respect myself.
In dedication I honor the courage within me.
In eternity I have compassion for the nature of all things.
In love I unconditionally accept the evolution of others.
In freedom I have power.
In my individuality, I express the God-Force within me.
In service I give of what I have become.
I am what I am:
Eternal, immortal, universal, and infinite.
And so be it.

There are some Christian doctrines out there that classify Jesus as a God…
Also…

Psalm 82:6-7
“I said you are “Gods”; you are all sons of the most high”
“But you will die like mere men; you will fall like every other ruler.”

Of course there is only one true Father/God

IMO it is a great poem/prayer, maybe that one line should be changed to “Walking with God” instead.

Yes, I am not to keen on the pentagram at the end either…but I don’t think we can say that the entire message, is anti-Christian, based on a pentagram at the end of it…

Heck… I could say you are anti-Christian, with a handle name like “Violater1”, but I try to see past that and look at what you have written.

it is beautiful, thank you.

and IMHO.. I feel that "I walk with the gods." (plural) is much more fitting than if it were 'god' (singular).

it is perfect as it is, no change needed.

and the 'pentagram' has nothing to do with "anti- christian" , or "anti" anything.

it is sacred geometry, very simple. Beautiful.

Violater1 is my call sign. It depicts my authority and position in my squadron, as well as our mission

The line below the name of the avatar, should be self explanatory.
After writing a thread on why there is so much anti-Christian threads on ATS, my thread was moved into the RANT section

So I choose," RANTER FOR THE CROSS."

Here is an image of the crystalline structure of human DNA...

This combination of geometries is inherent in the design of the crystalline structure of human DNA.

does that make human DNA 'anti-christian'?

no,
because "anti" or "christian" have nothing to do with cosmic, Universal laws.

Why not walk with the gods? It's quite refreshing from time to time.
Of course only the Father is worthy of worship.

I would think the next to last line would be more problematic, appearing to be blasphemy.

I am what I am:
Eternal, immortal, universal, and infinite

I'm afraid when I tried saying something like that, I was wrong. The author may know something that I don't. I will not say it again of myself unless God clears it. That is doubtful at best.

Blasphemy?

How is Truth, Blasphemy?

We are indeed, Eternal, Immortal, Universal and Infinite Beings.

You have to realize... this is not a statement about the body you currently inhabit... which is far from being eternal, immortal or infinite.

this has to do with the REAL you!
What you truly are, in your most pure form.

not what you currently think you are.... a frumpy old body that dies off shortly after "seeing the light", never to see any light again.

Why does everyone have to look for a problem within everything,
why can they not just see things for the beauty they hold, and accept it?

Welcome to Earth, Ahmose! lol

Beautiful video with a beautiful message, OP!
Thank you. Many people don't realize that the pentagram dates back thousands of years--even before the foundation of Christianity. It is a very ancient symbol. The Celts used it. The ancient Hebrews used it; it was known as the first seal of Solomon. The Church of Latter Day Saints also use it on some on their temples. Only recently did the Christian church adopt a demonic meaning to it.

There was no devil as we've been led know it before the Jews declared that there was one. The Jews borrowed the pagan horned god (along with other deities and pagan traditions) and made him their devil. He was a god of nature and had horns like other beings in nature like stags, bulls, rams, the horned snake, etc. That's why you see so many cave paintings with depictions of Cernunnos, the horned god, surrounded by animals. The Celts and the Druids worshiped Cernunnos. He was a masculine deity that represented fertility and the hunt.

The satanists took the pagan pentagram, flipped it upside down, and used it as one of their symbols. Don't forget that they did the same thing to the Christian cross. The satanists took two beautiful symbols and bastardized their true meaning just like the Nazis did with swastika. The swastika was originally a positive pagan symbol for the sun until the Nazis reversed it and declared it their symbol. Unfortunately, many people don't take the time to educate themselves instead of just taking others' words for facts. There's lots to learn if people would just do their own research.

Many people consider that we are actually spirits, or souls, inhabiting a body. Those same people consider that our souls are 'Eternal, Immortal, Universal and Infinite'. If we are our souls, then aren't we Eternal, Immortal, Universal, and Infinite? That does make the statement true.

I did say seeming blasphemy.
I allow that the author may know something I don't.
It was wrong for me. There is the possibility that someday ...
just not now.

I enjoyed that, and would like to share one of my favorites, that holds a meaning to me coming from a kenjutsu background ( in no way am i trying to thread jack, just feel like this goes well together)

Samurai Song - Robert Pinsky

When I had no roof I made
Audacity my roof. When I had
No supper my eyes dined.

When I had no eyes I listened.
When I had no ears I thought.
When I had no thought I waited.

When I had no father I made
Care my father. When I had
No mother I embraced order.

When I had no friend I made
Quiet my friend. When I had no
Enemy I opposed my body.

When I had no temple I made
My voice my temple. I have
No priest, my tongue is my choir.

When I have no means fortune
Is my means. When I have
Nothing, death will be my fortune.

Need is my tactic, detachment
Is my strategy. When I had
No lover I courted my sleep.

That is so beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing that. I may print and frame it. See what a difference a small action on your part just made in someone's (my) life? We all have the power to do that. Unfortunately, many are unaware of it.

I'm glad that you liked it
I found it interesting that someone without experience in the sword arts, was able to capture the spirit of our tenets so clearly. This could easily have come from the Hagakure or any other similar Tokugawa era or Kawisara era book on samurai ethics.

Aside from that, I think that it could mean anything to anyone, and that's the beauty of it, im my opinion ^_^

Thank you for posting that, I found it to be very spiritual and it reminds me that we are always at one with something. i.e. we are never truly alone.

I like that line near the end, “Need is my tactic, detachment Is my strategy” there is something about detachment, that can bring about clarity of thought, in all things.

Yoda said it best:"Train yourself to let go of everything that you fear to lose"

Attachment leads to fear of loss or jealousy, which in turn poisons judgment, and your actions will reflect this. Fear of loss will strip you of your honor exceedingly fast, as well as excessive pride. I really like how it discreetly touches on all those points but at the same time isn't preachy about it.

I just had to comment on the above line, which I thought was absolutely hilarious.

Thank you for posting the crystalline structure of human DNA… It looks awesome.

I don’t know anything about sacred geometry but I’m curious, about the Star like shape, that appears in the middle of the picture you posted.
