Global Warming fraudsters like Al Gore be arrested and sued?

I agree, they should be sued for fraud. The reason that the MSM is not covering it is because they still want to use this fraud to create a world government in Copenhagen in a couple of weeks.

Al Gore probably believes what he says. While it appears that at least some global warming proponents were playing with the data, Gore most likely wasn't a part of that. He's a politician, not a scientist.

More to the point, what crime would he be arrested for? Being wrong? So far, being wrong, or even knowingly making false statements (while not under oath) is not a crime. Gore wasn't hustling money for himself by defrauding other people. He was, at worst, doing what every televangelist does - talk a lot of bollocks and get people to send money for "the cause".

No crime, no time (to paraphrase Baretta).

You are assuming that the courts do what is true and right. Guess what? Judges are almost all lawyers. Trained to prevaricate, mislead, and lie in PC manner. There are exceptions, and occasionally they do the right thing, but it is not intentional.
You are assuming the press is not corrupt, and complicit in these crimes. They should, justly, also go down. Won't happen.

If you can prove it in the Court of Law indeed you should. If you can factually backup claims then yes you should. But do remember a US Federal Court would not take evidence of distorted claims, cut and paste private blogs...it only works on true evidence based on facts and supporting evidence.

So the ice packs are melting , glaciers are shrinking and the coast lines (in the USA )re shrinking is from Global Cooling?
