The NWO is advertising in some odd places..

After reading a recent article here on ATS about Billy Meier, and proof that his "UFO" pictures (among others) were fakes, I decided to look up some of his pictures.

I came across a webiste known as The Future of Mankind - A Billy Meier Wiki.

I skim through the first page and, lo and behold, A Petition for Population Reduction!

Birth Stop Petition
The world's population is over 1300% (13x) higher than the optimum number and this state of overpopulation is the main cause of the world's problems. To reduce it is the main solution.
Please educate yourself by reading our petition and then you can logically decide if it is appropriate to call for a planet-wide, humane and controlled birth stop to naturally reduce the Earth's population to a truly sustainable level of 529,000,000.

It is just under the second picture, in a bright red/pink box.

So they are using personal wikis as a soapbox for this... nice.

Has anyone else seen any odd things like this?

The question is, how could such a thing be achieved?

I guess the easiest way would be to convince everyone they needed to be immunised against some frightening pandemic, and then inject them with something which destroys fertility in a proportion of the recipients.

I hate to make assumptions, but my best guess would be a combination of science and social manipulation techniques.

1. You could taint food (GMO?), water, pharmaceuticals, atmosphere, etc
   
2. Introduce deadly vices into society and provide continuous production (Alcohol, tobacco, street drugs, prescription drugs)
   
3. Create a "Scary Environment" to slow reproduction (recession/depression, end of the world, rapture, etc)
   
4. Create agencies that pursuade pregnant women to abort, abstain, and use birth control (Planned Parenthood)
   
5. Create deadly viruses that affect only unwanted segments of the population
   
6. Increase the global cost of essentials (food, water, medicine) so high that developing / 3rd world nations would be unable to survive (except on local products)
   

Maybe with enough subtle suggestions and "unintended consequences" the goal could one day be achieved.

Or it could all be some BS that the webmaster just threw on there as a whim

I wonder where they came up with this number of 500 Million anyway. Is there any referene to it prior to the Georgia Guidestones (Which were buil in 1979)?

If you run through it, all of the numbers are taking place as we speak.

That, my friend, is the true conspiracy.
