Disappearing Thread...?

www.abovetopsecret.com

Is it normal for a thread to disappear?
If the user deletes it, does it just become a 404 not found?

It doesn't even show on my profile that I commented on the thread, is that what happens? I would have asked in chat, but I don't have 200 posts...................

I know this isn't news, but I don't know how that works, and it just disappeared and I haven't seen that happen.

I just want to know if that's what is supposed to happen...

Now I have to write more to get this to post...
This would have been much easier if I could have just accessed the chat..

Next time post this in the board and business questions forum

A thread couldve been removed for a number of reasons, most probably because it breached the T&C's. The only people that can delete threads are the mods

It not unusual to see that here

Please the thread did not disappear, it was a topical thread posted to the introductions forum. Intro threads that are really topical threads are removed.

It was a thread started by a mod...
Sorry I posted this where ever it went, I just went to submit and there was no option as to where to post.

Please delete this

I just wanted to know why it was gone all of a sudden. I was not assuming it as a conspiracy.

Oh it was you that posted it. LOL

Again, sorry and thank you.
