couple arrested for refusing to pay gratuity after bad service

not sure what forum this belongs in so mods feel free to move it.
i saw this on yahoo yesterday so it made national headlines. don't know how to post a link but if someone can help i pulled it up at woai.com from san antonio.
this hits close to home for me as i live 1/2 an hour away and have eaten there so i know what they are getting at- the service does suck.. but to get arrested for something that is up to you to pay? cmon what's next? walk out of walmart and not throw a penny in the salvation army jug? oh wait you shopped at the store so you are obligated to donate?
what is this country coming too? i could have the best service in the world but if i decide not to tip that is up to me- not the management or anyone else.
just curious as to opinions and if someone can post the article for me i would greatly appreciate it
