Its probably just a star, or planet, but I was out for a walk tonight and noticed something I've never seen before, a multi-colored flickering object, different than typical aircraft. To my naked eyes it appeared to flicker red, green and blue but when I looked with my binoculars I noticed that the red stayed to the left and the blue and green were on the right. The object is right under Orion in the east sky (I live in New York State). I say its probably a star or planet cause it's moving with the others. Still it's worth a look. I'm going back out to check on it, I'll post again.

Well it appears it's not flickering as much now. More so when it was closer to the horizon. I now know that it has something to do with me not wearing my glasses
(I never do). There must be some prizm effect with my eyes and WHITE objects in the sky. Oops. It was realy cool though.

If it was close to dawn and in the east it was probably the Star of the Morning aka Venus.
