I love the idea. Say a day came where for example, you could not buy, sell, or trade unless you are chipped. Or say they chipped us because they wanted to track us and have more control over our lives, where a tyrannical government forced it upon us.

The beautiful thing about technology is they're is always more possibilities. You can "hack" just about anything and if the day comes where a chip is forced on us, the human spirit will manifest it self in a form of human creativity.

I laugh because as technology has become more and more apart our lives, it's becoming more clear that they want to use technology as a form of control. As this happens I believe the free spirits of this world will refuse to be chained down, we will find a way to circumvent tyranny in our own ways.

Human beings do not like to be caged in, controlled, and manipulated, it is human nature to rebel against such things. We can see this through out human history and some pathetic attempt to regulate and control us is going to be overcome like ever other tyrannical form of government in the past.

You see, they're are those who have been planning, building an agenda to come into place, piece by piece, slowly. These people think they have the "sheep" all figured out. You see, they are missing a key component to the equation, they are not factoring in the human spirit. This is why I have hope in our future, this why I'm not scared of the future.

These plans will fall, humanity is waking up. Even through all the drugging, manipulation, mind control, these walls are beginning to crumble. Those with the eyes to see, see this all around them. This is a truly exciting and wonderful time to live, we can bear witness to this.

I'm sorry, but I have to be the one to say it..."in the rest of the world" ?? This is not a country....this IS the whole world on here. As for the rest of the statement.... I think I can speak for the whole of the ATS community when I say thank you. There are, indeed, a lot of incredibly intelligent people on the ATS forum. We are the ones who use our own brains, not the brains issued by the government.

I have written an article on this issue and will be posting it on the newly developed and almost ready to go live www.truthexposed.com very soon. We hope to have the new look and features ready by Monday.

The subject of RFID, Verichip and PositiveID is a rather complex one. My research has found that the chip is not something to really be hacked as such, the device itself is rather simple, it would be chip cloning that would be more likely.

There would not be any legal mandate forcing you to get a chip (not soon anyway) all they have to do is make it difficult for people who dont get the chip.

Health insurance would be the way I would do it, If I was VeriChip, I would get health insurance companies to offer cheap policies to those who get a chip under a new health plan and jack up premiums for those who don't. That's the ball rolling.

Next we would need a more scary excuse, something that the public believe to be a threat *cough swine flu cough, bioterrorism cough* to make people want it out of a need for personal medical security. Who needs freedom when you've got security, right?
Triage Chip = What we need to be aware of. (my article has the scoop on this)

I think because of Nano technology, One could be chipped just by taking a vaccine. Does mandantory vaccine strike a bell?

In the future the people will demand them. Just think of how skeptical a lot of people are over h1n1. Just as predicted from this site they announced a central location for this tiny town to get the vaccine and spread the word wide and far that they had a very limited supply. Guess what? Over half the small own showed up and demanded the vaccine. Not surprising is that they had plenty to go around.

I've seen on here where someone says well we should chip pedophiles and criminals. Well that is how it starts by offering a solution to a problem but, the next step is offering it to children so people will know if they are with the pedophile, missing, dead, kidnapped, and be able to track them if they are missing because it is much easier without wasted man hours combing through brush and swamps. Then the elderly that often get confused, lost etc. Then why not everyone else because we all want to be safe right?

I've heard this saying before with many things, "If you don't want this you must have something to hide." You will be implicated as being nefarious from the start and trying to compromise everyone's safety for being ignorant and technological backward. How un American of you!

Satellite Tracking RFID GPS

The receiver will be able to ascertain the exact route and journey of any asset or person

Something like the above makes it possible.

I believe we should find ways to rewriting the chip, fool it to tell whoever has access to it. what it wants to know, without total control of the administrator of the device . like having 2 sets of books in accounting. the 1st you want them to see and the one you dont want them to see((real books).

most importantly we should figure out a way to remove it from the body by ourselves. so we can tell everyone how to do it at home.

they will never insert that type of thing in me ever!

On page 3, I have layed out some basic/beginner steps to create the basic Reader/Writer, also a Scanner, and a bluetooth weatherproof reader, a link to the software and how to program it is on instructables... DID everyone miss that?!?!?!? Here is a link to page 3

If you really want to start understanding RFID, instructables.com is a good place to start.

I can imagine that the technology would be at least somewhat similar to ID tracking chips used by vet offices. Anyone with access to this equipment can at least start the ball rolling on improving our understanding of that aspect.

I have defintely thought of something of this nature.
Afraid we're gonna have to do something.
It's definitely possible, but work needs done.
They're going to have all, ALL, information on you.
perhaps a fake id, like we're in high school.....
your thoughts?

I will hack the arm off some storm trooper or politician or the like. I would then use their chip to buy stuff till it gets turned off. Then I will back engineer it so I can spread a virus to every other chip in the world to render them all useless.

I for one can't wait for the challenge!

Great Idea, when they turn the chip off I'm just gonna hack another politicans arm off, they're the ones with all the loot!

I wouldn't think of swiping info from top officials and business people. This is a system by them - for them. Have you ever seen prison-guards wearing shackles? They'll likely have some form of immunity as well as the typical entourage of goons.

Prison is a good experimental group for situations like this. Here from what I can tell they:

A: Work within their limits (bartering, networking etc.)
B: Work around their limits (extortion, blackmail etc.)
C: Uprise against their limits (break shackles, riot etc.)
D: Remove their limits (escape prison)

A: Survive - the morally white option really. Works well enough and avoids most complications...that is until we meet:
B: Thrive - those who stand on others (like A: group) to make imprisonment a walk in the park. These people make A a risky option.
C: Strive - when the limitations become too much to handle these people attempt to overthrow the system. Rioting in prison and attempting to disarm guards is a good example. Almost without fail however this ultimately concludes in back-up en-mass, tighter restrictions as well as the loss of 'privileges' and so is not a recommended option.
D: Escape - which is not particularly easy, and is best when successful on the first try. Punishment if caught is harsh, and there's a high likelihood of alienating those of group A,B and even C by being of this group.

(They need not fit exceptionally to one group.)

B and C seem foolish if you plan on overcoming TPTB as they adhere to their grand plan. (A grand resistance should be made only when Batman, Neo, Cloud Strife or Jesus take the reigns xD)

Seriously though, if you want to be prepared start with things likelists.ibiblio.org... and pick-up some wilderness survival skills. Hopefully they'll never be needed for more than a camping trip but it's better safe than sorry

I would ttreat them with neodymium magnets. A ND magnet can destros an unshielded cell phone.
If you are dependent on the authorities you can tell them it has gone down but it is still there. They can examine you and determine it is.
Then you go home and zap the new chip.
If enough people do this the plan is not going to work.
Magnapress pens will work fine as well. You have to get a magnet that is constructed so it's way stronger than a kitchen refrigeraator magnet. E.g. Magnapress healing pens are shielded on the side so magnetic power floods out in a ray straight in front.
Or take them out. That could be a movement.
As far as I know the all-knowing chip is as big as a rice grain. That is not possible to deliver with an ordinary injection needle. Smaller ones like people said in h1n1 vaccines in the us could only do as much as track you.

Many of you seem to be forgetting that the VeriChip is not an active device and your information is not stored on the chip, it's passive and a reader must be within a few inches to read it. A hacker would need a reader connected to the respective database to see your information too, not likely unless your hacking skills are better than the best.

These things are not currently GPS capable either, it will be a long time before they get to that level, it would take a whole new chip for that anyway.

Another question for the OP:

If this chip is going to be the only means for you/us to buy and sell... then what good will it do taking it out?

If this is THE ONLY WAY.... you will die unless you go and live in the mountains or jungle where you can hunt for your food!!

Or

You could get a bunch of guys/girls together who will fight with you to steal and whatnot.... like in 'DEMOLITION MAN' living underground.

RFID chips typically have a ROM (read only memory) that stores the number.

This number (stored in ROM) upon interaction from the scanners radio waves, is broadcast, and that number is the ID.

Some ROM's can be flashed or changed with ultraviolet light, or other anomalies -- depending on implementation. Typically there is a way of setting the initial number at the factory, to save on cost it is typically not hard-coded into it. Which would require mild variations in printed circuit boards for each chip.

A very viable alternative is to have a chip that whose number you can readily reconfigure (reprogrammed).

So for instance in a totalitarian chipped regime, every person might have a particular number, that would be necessary to access basic government related services.

This number of your or anyone that you scan, can be programmed into your programmable chip, so when you go through the next scanner it will register you as that person.

Even if the RFID chip has encryption, it still sends a number, though it may be different based on time of day or something else the sensor can also be aware of, so after just a few readings (or one reading and knowing the encryption algorithm) it can be deciphered what the original number was.

In this way a RFID chip society would be, less secure than common passports.
Since pirates or hackers can steal your RFID identity by an act as simple as walking by you in the street. Or even remotely scanning a bunch of people with a powerful sensor.

if they try and force me to be chipped, i will fight or leave the country...no need for hacks, as a patriot i will not back down from my rights and neither should you....

In reality, no one knows what they will do at the end of a gun barrel pointed at them untill the time comes. I will fight just like many others, not to be chipped, for religious reasons, but in the end, do any of us really know what we will do when and if the time comes???
