There are a number of parasites, fungal and grub wise, that make their way to their hosts brains (or insect equivalent) and consume them. During the consumption process, the parasite is effectively in control of the hosts body, and the host is, to all intents and purposes a zombie. With a little bio-engineering, I am sure that McDonalds or the such like could come up with something similar to give away with their Happy Meals.

Perhaps they makes it's way to human food chain through Rendering Plants where those guinea pigs that used to test that parasitic organism is ends up as one of ingredients for cattle food and these parasites gains ability to turn people into flesh-eating zombie (supposedly) by mutation caused by excessive amount of pesticides and Chemical Fertilizers mixed with those finely grounded guinea pig carcasses in that cattle food and what happen if those Cattles that eats that Cattle food used to making McDonald's Hamburgers?

In the recent tree house of terror krusty burger served a burger/2 where they take grain fed cows, and then feed them to other cows. Then the second generation is made into burgers. This of course caused a zombie apocalypse.

What's Happen if They make its way to human food chain through Industrial Cattle Ranching where those cattle are used to making beef for beefburgers and what's happen if that parasite has ability to turn people into flesh-eating zombies?

Well, we have quite a bit of fast food these days, and very little zombie apocalypse, so I'd say, there probably isn't a correlation?

It doesn't seem like a particularly likely scenario, either. It's not like they serve crops currently being grown or raised for research purposes. Somebody else is going to have access to any need agricultural product before fast food corporations do. This seems like a perfect time to hedge bets on companies like Monsanto causing a zombie apocalypse, not Taco Bell.

Maybe the parasites just get into the food because chef or kitchen staff or table staff are having a bad day and decide they need to let off some steam or have laugh so they urinate in your coffee or pick their nose and add it to your relish, the list is endless, you decide which is more likely! Cows eating cows eating people eating cows eating people or just plain old revenge!

Fast Food Chains alone is harmless but it can be the most perfect weapon for delivering Zombie Virus (just Better than Missiles and Bombs in this way)
