Men in Suits and the IRS (vs) Time Travel

The DVD's are just the typical bought at walmart. The computer is by choice. I own an antique typewriter as well as an electric. I also believe in the US Postal Service. I don't hate the Government, I do hate what they've become. I don't generally stand up and denounce them radically either. Nor do I go around poking at hornets nests. I just simply am in a serious bind and have no idea of how to get out of it.
