HAMAS and Muslim Brotherhood Still Alive?

The Muslim brotherhood was founded by Hasan al-Bannad in the 1920's under the guise of religious separation of Ottoman life. This branched out to Syria, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, Africa, and Indonesia.

Of course the rules changed to adopt "western philosophy" as a whole. The question is with Nato and US Supremacy forged upon Syria and Iran where main armaments and recruiting solidify, can HAMAS and the brotherhood effectively operate now and in the future against western supremacy?
