Here's a cool vidoe I found and thought I'd share this device is called the Prometheus device and it's creator is the man in the video, a very cool (but dangerous) idea

I can easily see that guy burn himself or the authorities take him in.

Cool invention though. Before it lights it kind of looks like the things in the Iron Man movie.
