He's bipolar and in the midst of his own dialectic between elation and depression. There's the possibility that he's projecting his own inner conflict upon the universe. Conversely, he may be trying to personify the state of the universe (which isn't wise without proper grounding).

I'm not sure what he's trying to say but I will bet it is not nearly so actually obscure or unusual as the OP's obfuscations of meaning would try to have us believe. The last thing that is needed these days is contrived ineffibility. It is best to be a straight shooter unless the understanding actually is beyond one's capacity to express it in a clear and concise manner.

Alice took over from the mother of The New Age movements Helena Blavatsky. Madame Blavatsky wrote the major tomes related to Theosophy. On many New Age relate sites, Theosophy is often Linked to Tibetan Master, but in relation to Blavatsky and Alice Bailey it is the belief that Lucifer is the bringer of light.
Alice Bailey started Lucifer Trust Publishing Company which is now Lucis Trust. Lucis Trust is heavily involved in World Invocation Day. It is also involved with the U.N.
Many New Age Books are printed by Lucis Trust.

I linked the site to show the OP that there is indeed a dialect going on in regards to the NWO.
It has been effected heavily by the New Age Philosophies inspired by Theosophy.
I won't get to in to it but it goes something like this.
"NWO" vs "US"- Solution a new age(or NWO) that replaces the current NWO vs US paradigm.

IMHO Movies like "Matrix" and Zeitgeist I and Zeitgeist II Addendum are propaganda for this.

Well i read it all and lost a good deal of personal logic in the process, i have to say though my man the thing we are missing in the midst of you all overness is your statement that you have neglected your family over the past 11 years. Now i dunno if that means you are married and have an 11 yr old child or your last 11 years youve drifted further form your immediate family i.e. mother father and siblings. What you will need to put down into writing is the following:
1. What are your target markets/ demographics (this should be easy)
2. What kind of capital do you need to get started (t-shirts and silk screening material)
3. What kind of insurance would be relative (if your employing people or even your shirts youll have to lok into this.)
4. When can your investors expect to see a return on their investment.
5. What kind of return would you/they be expecting.
6. What happens if you cant re-pay
7. and finally you have to show them why, this is probbaly the biggest one, why? You have to show that you will do the t-shirt concept differently from the X amount of people who have gone to them and asked for a similar loan. You have to discover your niche and make sure they see it also, in your case conspiracy theorists, which is a growing market. Use the word VALUE, after all this is a bank, they have customers and they want their investments to go correctly. If you tell them that your goal is to add value to their customers youll have them listening.
All in all my friend i believe other than the aspects of your life your currently engagin in there are more productive, albeit in the same genre, that you could be doing.
For the record i smoke weed daily and so do many of my friends in business, truthfully in case people didnt know pretty much everyone in Canada smokes weed alot. Its not an excuse for illogical statements or a reason to cast doubt on a person, smoking weed confirms one thing in a person, they smoke weed. Nothing more.
