Hello Above Top Secret. I am a sports writer from Baltimore. While I have written some crazy stories in my life, I am a very honest person. Never in my life have I talked about this before! But I needed the therapy to get past it. When YOU have an Alien Abduction its something YOU do NOT talk about. I would never tell a person my story, in fear of looking like I was nuts.

But when my father bought me and him tickets to San Fransico in 2000 to visit Alcatraz we would get a experience we still talk about to this day. While I am not at the point of telling what I witnessed during my abduction, this is a big moment for me to even admit this happened.

I will tell you how I first witnessed the UFO in the sky. While driving with my father(he was driving) down Pacific Coastal Highway he says look up there it looks like a Space Ship. I looked up not seeing anything and thinking my father is a bunch of crap. Then when curiosity struck me, I asked where at. As I looked up through the front window of our rental car, sure it was hovering about 200 yards up from us. This happened in the late hours in San Fran.

I was once approached by someone claiming to have worked in the military for the US, he was from Russia. This guy just came to my old job where I was a cleanup guy and started asking serious questions. How he knew I had an abduction I will never know. But I claimed the only thing I remembered was thinking I may have saw something. He was aggresive in asking me about did I hear its noise. What did it sound like, and stuff. I dont even feel comfortable here talking about it.

But I can 100% tell you aliens do exist. I seen it first hand, there is NO mystery on this topic to me....they exist....end of story. I hope you all make me feel at home here. I need to talk to real people who are intelligent enough to know the truth. Its to YOU I may one day break my silence!! Peace and God Bless!!

It would be good if you told your story as only a small percentage of alien abductees ever remember there abduction and what happen.A even smaller group of alien abductees who do remember there abduction experience are to ashamed or afraid to tell there story. Some abductees like my self only remember very few memories of our abductions.Even though the aliens did try there best to wipe or hide the memories of our abductions about 10% of abductees will always remember something about there abduction.

Hi and welcome to ATS.
Go ahead and tell us what you feel comfortable with, but remember you have anonymity here, we are are not judging you at all, we will all have our opinions on the story but that is the case about everything.
You may very well help others as well as yourself by telling the story, some may need to see the courage to speak out before they do themselves. Whatever you decide, best wishes.

Thank you very much for posting the information, timlumber. I myself believe that you are sincere, and I would like very much to hear your story. As a person who once worked for a newspaper, I myself know how deeply in the closet at work you must be about this experience. Newspaper people are a highly jaded and cynical bunch, and letting people in the Sports Department know about your experience just might be a one-way ticket to Palookaland. As I am sure that you know very well…

I have a couple of questions, simply on the basis of what you have already told us. Am I correct in assuming that the abduction itself happened right in the middle of San Francisco? And why, in heaven’s name, did you not press the Russian-accented military man on how he knew that you had been abducted? I have heard that alien beings keep lists of the individuals whom they abduct (although many humans, so I have also heard, never make it to the lists and just simply disappear for good). Maybe the military man got your name from an alien list, which means that your abduction might actually have been of the MILAB (military abduction) variety, where U.S. military officials cooperate with the aliens in the act of abduction. Just my speculation, timlumber…

In any case, I hope that you do share your story with us (retaining, of course, your complete anonymity in the process), and I agree completely with 21st century man on the respectful hearing that you will receive here. In this regard, I do have a minor word of criticism toward Dark Agent. Yes, I know that an Internet forum has to be policed diligently according to a certain publicized sense of standards for the long-term well-being of the forum. But timlumber quite obviously is not familiar with forums like this one; if he did not have an abduction experience, he probably would regard all UFO-believers as lunatics; he has had a traumatic experience which he still has not been able to handle a full nine years later; and he openly admits that he came here because he did not know where else to go. And beyond that, he may be under observation by members of the U.S. military. Please cut the guy some slack, Dark Agent. I am quite sure that, once he knows the rules of the forum, he will be happy to comply with them.

And oh, timelumber, if you do turn out to post your story elsewhere on ATS, please be sure to leave a link here so that we can go to the proper place where you can tell it to us. My sympathies over your trauma; my apologies if you have been treated here a little less tenderly than you should have been; and my intense desire to hear what I am sure must be a fascinating story.

well, most of the people here is kind of "crazy" ... so, dont worry, you will see a lot of bad threads, bad responses, but thats how the world works...

dont assume everyone here knows what they are talking about, some do, some dont ...

there are some very smart guys here, but in the other side, a lot of people that doesnt research, they just talk without even looking into something

good luck, and if you get pissed, well ... sorry

Hello and welcome! You should tell your story on here, but make a separate thread on it. I believe that would go in the Gray Area.
Some on here will not take you seriously if you jump around on whether or not to tell your story and even then they will probably give you a hard time but IGNORE them! Not many people tell of their abductions and I get why but you should really tell others. It helps the UFO/Alien community IMO. If you are not genuine then it only hurts it. I would be very interested to hear your experiences as well as other members I know of.

Glad you joined, maybe it was for a reason

Yes you were helping but not all new members know these rules. Its also in the way you say things to someone as well. Some might think that an introduction can be about anything having to do with themselves, like an alien abduction. Maybe he was introducing himself as an alien abductee and thus wants to tell his story but has reservations about it.

Hi timlumber and welcome to the ATS / BTS forums, if you have any questions feel free to message me or any staff member anytime, there is a link at the bottom of every post,

As to this introduction thread it is now closed, You may make a new introductions thread if you like, following the guidelines posted in the links below.

Take your time and enjoy.

The Introduction Forum is for introductions… To tell something about you; not to start a thread about a topic. ATS has a twenty post requirement before a new member can start a thread on the myriad of ATS fora… “Intro threads” that are really “topic threads” will be removed.
Mod Note: Please Review, Welcome to ATS, it’s time to introduce yourself. At this time you are limited in only replying to any threads or forums you wish. Once you have reached 20 posts you will be able to start your own threads, and you will be able to send & receive U2U's (messages) to and from the membership.

At present you U2U capability is limited to staff only.
