"Atlantic Storm" 2005 mock up of Pandemic Threat

Several years ago, I remember seeing something on TV that showed a mock up of Madelene Albright playing the role of the President of the United States. In this mock up she and other world leaders were tasked in how to deal with a bio terrorist pandemic threat.

How ironic that during that mock up they talk about vaccines for the masses back in 2005. Sound familiar to our reality here in 2009?
