A Volcano that spew's Asphalt??

German scientists who set out to locate deap sea methane deposits have stumbled across something much more interesting. Volcano's that contain asphalt rather than lava!

What's even more interesting is that they have found life living on and in the volcano's, a feet that scientist's previously ruled out. Not only that some of the bacteria found actually feeds off the asphalt.

Maybe asphalt eating bacteria is the reason why the street I live on is riddles with potholes

I almost thought this was the same volcano, but upon further reading I don't think so.
