...As far as the video; those guys were just being guys who got flirted with by some hot tart.. I didn't see a victim, just consenting adults playing the game of life...
If the woman hadn't been intoxicated, then I might agree that there wasn't a victim. But according to the report she was and if that's the case, I feel she was a victim simply in the fact that the police shouldn't take advantage of anyone in that condition. There's a big difference in a woman throwing herself at a man and a man putting his hands on her and taking photos.
On the other hand, there are laws about public intoxication. If they'd arreste her for that, then this thread would have been about a passenger being arrested after her driver got arrested.
But in this situation, the bottom line is that the officers were wrong. And while one was fired, the other quit. So in my mind, I tend to believe that he knew what he did was wrong.
But still, being a man, I can't help wonder what the outcry would have been if an intoxicated man was fondled and photographed after throwing himself at an all woman department?
For every nefarious link above, there are 10 or 20 un-reported stories out there of cops making a positive difference in peoples lives.. these stories dont make the news because: is just another shift for the officers.

I do have to point out although, unprofessional of these police officers, to do what they did, romthe video footage she encouraged it and participated in what was going on.
Now I am one for taking on the police when it comes to over use of thier power. Seems in this case these guys were handed, a hook, line, and they were sunk by it.
Sacked yes, serious misconduct, but she should have been charged also.
It doesn't matter if she was nude and spread eagled. Those officers were supposed to PROTECT her.
They took advantage of her.

Love the excuses tho guys. Will have to remember it the next time a woman is raped or abused; if she was drunk then she deserved it.
Right on brothas.
Except most misogynist idiots would be quite quick to say any woman who gets drunk is asking for it. That's a common defense in court and it works. I remember a man was acquitted because his victim somehow convinced him to use a condom. There's a lot of people out there who hate women and I have no idea why.

Wow lol. I've watched a lot of police brutality videos and they boil my blood. But this video is just stupid. What did you expect those cops who are MEN to do? Escort her out? Yeah, they should have, probably. But she was an attractive woman acting extremely seductively and the cops fell for it. Drunk? So what. Being drunk doesn't make you do anything you didn't already wanna do anyway. It just amplifies extreme behavior, like this. She is not a victim.
By the way, I hate cops who abuse their power.

Well I'll have to ask your definition of "drunk", because legally public intoxication is usually something like Calif 647(f)PC "unable to care for your safety or the safety of others".. that girl looked like she was caring for her safety just fine to me.
In a recent thread / news story some regular pukes violated a drunk girl for hours while other regular pukes watched.. compare that to what these cops did.. see any massive difference? I do. the cops got caught flirting with a brief love tap or two and a cell phone quality photo, bfd.
As if every guy here would take moral offense to some hot tipsy chick putting on a display at their job...lol
BTW a cop quitting / resigning isn't an indication of guilt, one or both could be on probation where they do no enjoy police officers "rights".. like AB301 rights in Calif... or perhaps had previous incidents of being disciplined which is why they were on the desk. A probationer who resigns has a much better chance of getting another police job than if he were fired.

Well said. The calibur of candidates does seem to be going down. The Local PD in my town was considering changing the test or lowering the score required because those taking it weren't able to meet standards. Thankfully they decided against it, but that was 5 to 7 years ago. I don't know if they've revisited it or not.
Thanks to the media and shows about dirty cops, the public no longer views the police officer as an outstanding citizen. But it like everything else in the world, you're going to find what you're looking for. If it happens to be bad cops. they'll be everywhere. The only expection to that rule seems to be a restroom. Never around when you need one. But wait, don't they also say that about cops, firemen, nurses, and Doctors. The truth is, they're there, you just are looking in the right places.

I was wondering when the misogynists would just out themselves. Cry me a river.
Really, she made them do it? Come on. Do men have free will or do you just happen to be slaves to your impulses?

Kind of over reacting to this aren't you?
They were just doing what any straight male would have done. Granted they did it at the worst possible place, but its not something to get your panties in a wad.
Don't presume to speak for all straight males. There are many who would be disgusted be her behavior and would not touch her. The officers were in the wrong because an obvious crime was being committed in front of them. If a man had done what she was doing it would have landed him in jail. They shouldn't have done any of that crap. There was an appropriate way to handle the situation and what you saw was not it.

That's the most pathetic thing I have ever heard. And a bad stereotype of women to boot. So if you want a woman bad enough you just rape her because you can't control your self? Grow some balls. Fortunately for us women there are real men out there who don't give into the lame mind set.
