Flu Vaccine caused Neurological problems in girl

I don't know how old the following video is, if it has been posted here before, or what news channel it originated from. All I know is that it was posted on October 21st, 2009. I don't know how to embed the video in my thread so I'm posting a link to it.

The news crew interviews a young woman (cheerleader) who received a Flu shot, and ten days later began suffering from a strange neurological condition that caused her to lose control of her body movements. They say there is a one in a million chance that this can happen to any of us. I'm only presenting this video, I don't claim to know any facts behind it. Make up your own minds. If anyone has further information on it or if this has been posted before I'd appreciate if you linked me to that thread. Thanks.
