Citizens & Northern is just a local northern PA bank. Odd.

That's in Wellsboro, PA. Tiny little town. Lived there for awhile. That they need maintenance is hardly surprising, they are not what you would call very advanced in the IT field.

Totally agree with that one, lol. I use the Elkland branch, but still no better.

My banks always do their maintenance early Sunday morning.
