How I got even with neighbors and management legally:

So here's the deal...as I said before, they're trapping cats here in the Park where I live and They were saying they were after specific people's pets also, well they got my cat, now supposedly they were to turn them into the Humane Society, which is not what they were doing at all. I went to the Humane Society when they took my cat away which had gotten away when I overlooked the fact that I had a kitchen window open when I went out of the house that day.one of My good neighbors told me the next day that she saw them trap and take my cat away. I asked management where they had my cat so I could go pick it up. They said they never caught my cat, which was a lie as I had witness, now back it up to five am in the morning that same day, I went to get laundry I had forgotten that previous night at my freind's place because sometimes she's just getting home from delivering her papers and so My other cat, a siamese ran out when I went out so I ran after him of course and he was next to my Old Hag Bi**** neighbor's house where she had a trap, and there was an orange cat in the trap I saw with my own two eyes and that cat looked like another good neighbor's cat so I checked her porch for her orange cat and he was there... now mind you Management told me they got only two cats in Old haggy's trap and they were white, now MIND YOU I saw that orange cat myself in the trap, so he's told me two lies by now, so I ask where they took them anyway, he wouldn' t say and so I go to the friend of this manager and I ask him where the hell they are taking the cats and he said they dumped them by a gas station. So I then I go to the gas station looking for my da*** CAT. My daughter was crying as she was so attached to this cat. So for two days I am all over creation the early hours of the morning to look for the cat. Last night this animal rescue lady that lives here comes to me and says she may have my cat and she shows me a pic and sure enough it's my cat. Well in the midst of looking for my cat that morning I found another neighbor's cat dead about three miles from here and not injured no blood no broke bones not any indication of being hit. Her cat had a collar with his name on it. They killed this cat vindictively but I don't have any witnesses so I can;t take legal action. Well they even took the name off his collar and they're NOT allowed to trap and take away cats that have a collar, that's why they probably killed it. I know they did. She is black and I know it's racial. I am wiccan, so they were probably targetting me and My friend with the orange cat cause she's wiccan also and they probably would have killed my cat if that lady wasn't there to save him because they knew that was MY F****** CAT! They probably killed the orange one, too thinking that it was my other friend's cat. Anyway, I can't find any way to prove they're lying that they're illegally trapping collared cats, that they are relocating them when it's against the law to relocate them without first taking them to get fixed/shots etc, and that they're killing some of them. So I went on the warpath BIG TIME!!!! I gave the black family my cat's last kitten from this litter cause I feel bad that hers was killed. Also they are going into people's yards and taking them from their property, which is illegal too...I am getting ready to snag a picture of the A***** who's doing this as I have seen him walking around looking in yards for cats. But this is what I've done so far legally, none of what I done is illegal. OK So as for Mrs. Haggy snatch-face is my usual term for her, well Her paper is always put on my lawn, so being a good neighbor I always throw it over to her yard, well, the first morning after haggy got my cat, I threw the paper against her gutter pipe causing a loud BANG sound, I did this again today early in the morning, but yesterday morning I waited up for her paper to be delivered and took the dog poo I picked up from my dog the night before and took her paper out of the bag, put the dog poo in it and rolled it back up and placed it in the bag and threw it to her yard, I've driven by the manager;s house every morning with my loud a** car blaring heavy metal CD Tool, I sent the old hag an Adam and Eve catalogue, for those that don't know that's a sex toy distributor, and they always put you on a list when you order their catalogues, I know cause I done this to someone else before. Plus you get sent porn mags advertisements. Now management is doing siding across from me and I called to report them because they have no permit!!!!! LOL! I've also played loud music all day, banged on my son's drum,and played his electric guitar, badly I might add!

If all this is true then that's pretty serious! This guys is trapping and killing cats, you should do something about that in stead of playing loud music and hiding dog poop in his paper!

Take legal action, set up a spy came... hell, the poop isn't going to stop him

Wow, take it easy on the poor gal. Would you all rather she responds with violent actions against these people? OP, this is a messed up story and you have every right to be pissed off. Perhaps try documenting these episodes with a camera?

It's not about being violent or breaking the law..it's about CREDIBILITY.
You cannot go around complaining about the actions of your neighbors, in any way, be they illegal or cruel or otherwise..if you yourself are blasting music, or putting doggy do in their paper.
Seriously? It's juvenile, and it makes YOU look just as bad.
If you want to take action, do it in a mature way, such as, photo documentation.
And if I might add, it sounds like you DO have a cat problem that needs to be addressed.

If someone killed my pet. Honestly, I don't care what I'd look like, as long as I got even. Not saying I would go bust ass on some old lady. I would sure make the old skank's life as miserable as I could though.

Agreed. It would have to be pretty concrete before action were taken.

Well, the humane society got proof of some of the illegal sh*** they did, because of my call to them. And other neighbors who did have cameras which I don't because I haven't got the cash. And My calls to the inspector and code enforcement and he's losing his job and rightly so, anybody who says different is the A*hole nieghbor people can't stand, so I will disregard your comments.

How about you act like more of an adult next time and just go to the humane society so they themselves can handle matters. None of the stuff you did will stop them from doing this kind of stuff again.

I mean I understand that they hurt a pet of yours but come on, grow up a little
