They are "fools" if they think this will work. Telling kids to have oral sex and not expect them to want to have intercourse.!!!!!!! That would have never worked for me :-) LOL

If you aren't married/engaged shouldn't have oral sex. Shouldn't have sex either. Why is one worse than the other? Both spread disease. Sure, haven't gotten laid in a few years, but around here, only reason to get laid is if you want a STD. Have your pick of Syphilis, genital warts, the clap, so forth. I swear, England is messed up.

I agree with JTL this is stupid and outragious. The media and the nation's young children are sex-crazed enough! We should not encourage youngters to have sex. Plus like JTL said it is ripe for horny older men to get there hands on little girls.

a while ago (i think about a year) i was looking at a newspaper article saying middle school aged (11-14 for those not familiar with American school ages) kids are having alot more oral sex nowadays, it said that now instead of the 'traditional' make-out party (which i have never actually heard one being put on and i'm in the time range they gave) has turned into 'oral sex' parties...my only question was....if they have these (and the timeline they gave is in the last 10 years they've become popular) how come I never heard about them when i was in Middle school???? i mean geez i coulda used that (i'm 18 now, do the math)
