Same old chat problem

I can't get into chat for nothing. I've tried to do the empty cache thing; different browser, nothing. I have 248 posts. is that enough?

I have heard chat is currently malfunctioning for the moment. I am sure it will be fixed soon enough.

Thank you jkrog08. I've been trying for the last few days; hope it's fixed soon. I assume I only need 200 posts; but sometimes I can't find needed info.. I don't know wheather they changed that or not.

I can't access ATS through my original sign on for the life of me. I've tried resetting the password a dozen times, tried three different browsers and finally created a new account (which won't let me start a thread to ask for help). I keep getting that the password is incorrect, even though I cut and paste it from the email.

Please, can a mod U2U me and tell me how to resolve this issue?
