Ok, I am finding something very weird. I have noticed in the last couple of weeks an alarming amount of people talking about not sleeping. Everyone has the same stories, my g/f has this problem but now I am seeing MANY ppl around me with the same symptoms. It could be a coincidence but I really am seeing a pattern. Anyone else having problems or noticing the same thing?

didn't that web bot report have something like this in it?

Ooer missus. I've been dishing out relaxation help for people who're having trouble sleeping.

(put "full relaxation meditation" into google videos, there's some great relaxation things to help you sleep without the use of pharmacuticles
they work a treat!)

Like this is not just one small area, I actually am noticing it because of facebook and my friends here, and from all around the country. So many ppl are looking for non addictive sleep aids. Its kinda freaking me out

I've been doing a daily dose of one of the five binaural beats that were posted on this forum and I've been sleeping like a baby.

well, I have had sleep problems for 1.5 years now. However, the last 2 nights, I have slept without Ambien for the first time in that 1.5 year span. So, I am experiencing the opposite.

is it possible to have an electronic grid in cities that keeps people from getting REM sleep? that in combination with bad food and all that good stuff.. (not enough time in a healthy relationship. )

I agree, but all these cases im talking about are all over Canada, not just confined to this city. And some big towns, some little towns, and some big cities.
