Oh, the past.

You almost forget how destructive love can be until a relationship turns to dust.

Anyone else out there hurting like a mofo?

I could definitely relate to the video.

In 1960 the Everly Brothers did a song called Love Hurts and not too very long ago the band Nazareth recorded one that I though I should make my theme song.

The most pain that love has given me was unrequited love.

I have a male friend that has been my friend through 3 of my marriages.

He is probably my soul mate as we are very happy together even with a room full of people.

We have very deep feeling for each other but have not allowed ourselves to consummate our love as we are always married to someone else.

He has slipped in to the abyss of drug addiction and lost his wife and everything he had.

He was recently diagnosed with lung cancer.

I can not help that I fell in love with this man. I can not change my feelings for him.

Even though I have a good man in my life that I love I will always love my friend with a deep and powerful love. I never meant for this to happen.

We both knew we would not be good for each other because we enjoyed living life in the fast lane.

I still think of him and it does hurt like a mofo. I guess it wasn't meant to be.

I will go to my grave loving him.

Yes, love hurts.

The pain will lessen over time, but be careful as it doesn't take much to have it all come rushing back.
