Well, if not, I'd be mightily pi$$ed by the amount of US foreign aide going to Pakistan (7.5 billion on the books this year)

The Mahdis will burn the oil fields soon. They will also take Syria around the same time. But they will all still be part of the Islamic Brotherhood and best of pals. Allah will grant them the power to do whatever it takes to destroy the West, making them a martyr is only a bonus.
