US CBW EXPERIMENTS:General Accounting Office Project 112 Report

The General Accounting Office has published a report on the progress of the DOD investigation of the Project 112 Chemical and Biological Warfare tests that were carried out by the US during the 1960s and 1970s.
The DOD have accepted the GAO criticisms of the DOD investigation and have resolved to further their investigation.
Most importantly, the DOD have agreed to start work on their investigation of all US Chemical and Biological Warfare tests that were carried out since WW2.

This investigation, required by the Defense Authorisation Act of 2003, is being planned by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics.
