Have you determined the temperature range of what we're seeing here?

What's the difference in temperature between red and yellow?

NASA have yet to release all of the data that they gathered (temperature measurements included), nor did they provide a legend for the periods of video you are inquiring about.

If you really want those questions answered, I recommend you check from time to time on NASA's website. They will have the answers you want soon enough.
