Video Israel Hates?

That was the title on the video. Can someone tell me what this event is? There are some evidences throughout of the mistreatment of some old women. The scene is very chaotic to me and it makes me nervous and uncomfortable to watch it.

The beginning of the video stated that the elderly were being 'allowed' to go to worhip at a mosque. Dose anyone know if this is a normal even? Can someone tell me what it is?
