Vaccinations: 1st wave Oct 15th, 2nd wave Nov 15th???

So I was youtubing and came to this video I want to show you.

This lady says she is a soldier (a bit of a religious one), making some important information public.
She says she has recieved training (drill) with officers, LAPD, etc. and they have been on other drills for making roadblocks, quarentine, etc. and something about permanent bracelets that signal that you've taken the vaccine. If you don't take it, you are forced into a bus and to concentration camp.
If you want to get out of the state, you have to take the shot and your IR bracelet.

She's got some photos (at the end of the video) and the "chip" is called Phoenix 1.5 (similar to the Phoenix Jr). Also, she thinks she might be in danger for posting this, but its her "duty to do so".

Well... I searched for this "Phenix Jr." and you can get it from ebay for $15. Its not an implanted chip, it needs a battery to operate (9V), and when you connect the battery, it gives an infrared signal in Morse code.
So supposing you get to a roadblock... and you don't have your bracelet, you can choose to get the vaccine and the chip, or get into a bus. If you have already taken the shot, they will connect a battery into the IR device and it will tell them if you have taken it. The first or second shot.

I don't know what to believe. This is not a RFID chip that is implanted into you, so it could be easily hacked to give any message you want.

She also says the first vaccination starts on Oct 15th and the second on Nov 15th.

What do you ppl think??
